We are only 10 minutes from Fellsmere and 20 minutes from Sebastian. There are plenty of parks and fishing spots nearby as well as the beach so there is always something to do within a 10-45 minute drive. Your hosts live onsite and we will plan to greet campers and give a brief tour, as this is a growing food forest there may be areas that are sensitive to foot traffic. Our favorite things about this property are the amazing skies both at dawn and dusk, as well as night stargazing. We have great birdwatching as well. If you do bring a camper keep in mind our sites are pull in only with no hookups (dry camping) and they will require some leveling. Generators are also not allowed. Amenities listed below: -There is a shared fire pit available -There is potable water via a spigot -Good cell service for most carriers, no wifi -Shared composting toilet onsite -Pets are allowed -Wheelchair access is possible Additional details to note Please check in at least 2 hours before sunset so that you can can find the toilet and know where the sensitive growing areas are. Please plan ahead. Check in is after 11am and check out is before 11am. Please no wandering from the campsites after dark, so that no protected plants are stepped on accidentally. Pets must be kept under control so they do not destroy garden and food forest areas. Pets will have to be leashed at the first sign of destructive behavior, no exceptions.
