What a beautiful and serene spot to spend outdoors! We tent camped and the space had everything we needed. The other two spots were far enough away that we didn’t feel cramped. There were two RVs with families in those spots. They were extremely respectful. We had plenty of room. We loved all of the furniture, the fire pit, and the grill set up. We used extra long (2-100 ft) power cords to get electricity to our tent so we could heat up our electric mattress pad. The fog on the river in the mornings was magical. The only thing I would pass on is to bring earplugs for those who are tent camping and are light sleepers. As another commenter mentioned, there are dogs in the neighborhood that tend to howl and bark a lot at night. I don’t think it would bother anyone in RVs, but it is something to think about if you are tent camping. That said, it would not stop me from coming back!! This was an amazing space and I hope to bring my kids back with me next time! I highly recommend driving an hour to Merritt Mills lake which is in Marianna. It is a springfed lake with gorgeous Cypress trees and clear water. We took our kayaks and thought it was one of our best kayaking outings. We also drove an hour south to Saint George’s Island. This camping spot is prime location for exploring.

This site is exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Great location, within minutes of attractions, stores and the beach. The goats were a great addition, our children loved spending time with the animals.

The host was super friendly, greeted me once I pulled up and showed me to my site. There is a clean restroom with sink for use, though it is a compost/pump your own water situation, it’s private and easy to get to.
There were plenty of birds to sky watch, saw a baby deer and a cute wondering doggo. My first night here I was informed there was a meteor shower by the host, it was a happy coincidence! The sky was super clear and looked like magic.
Sunset and sun rises are beautiful. Though it gets cold in the winter so be sure to pack accordingly. I wore 3 pants and two jackets to bed along with 4 blankets and was pretty comfy. But any less and I’d be too cold to sleep lol
Felt very secluded, though you can see a few cars coming and going on the road, no one was raving engines and it was far from constant flow. Maybe a car or two in the morning and evenings. Can’t hear any sirens horns or the other stuff that’s common in cities.

Really enjoyed this spot. We were passing through for a few days and needed to be in between friends that were located in PCB and apalachicola. It’s walking distance from public beach, great food/ Dollar General/Ace Hardware near by and very quiet at night. I mirror what others have said about unevenness of Pad and sewer hookups being a bit high. Probably only challenging for those of us with smaller travel trailers. Having two water supply hookups, 50,30,20 amp electrical hookups and this awesome shed with RV accessories extras, a washing machine, chairs, table, hoses, etc. makes up for any of the small site inconveniences. Can’t wait to stay here in the spring/summer so we can really enjoy the area. We recommend this spot and the host was great, instructions were great and communication was timely. Thanks for a great stay!

I loved tent camping at Maggie’s. Everything I would need was provided: hot shower, clean port-a-potty, and a partial kitchen. Maggie and Michael are the bests hosts I’ve met in my 5 months of traveling. I was met and shown around when I arrived. These two have great musical talents and a lot of stories that I really enjoyed and learned something from. I would absolutley stay here again and may even make it a must stop when in the area.

Sweet Tupelo was the perfect spot for our family campsgiving! This was my first time using my new travel trailer, and everything about the setup was perfect for easing me into a new way of camping. The view was incredible and we had loads of space and privacy. My niece told us that when she has kids she will bring them camping at Sweet Tupelo!

We had the best time camping on Laura’s site. The location couldn’t be better. Less than a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub several evenings when the temps dropped into the 40’s & 50’s!
I hope we can grab this same site for our trip next year!!!

We loved our stay at Sunset Place. It's a beautiful lot with a perfect view of the bay at sunset and all the comforts/amenities you could want from a campsite. We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a quiet getaway in the area, and look forward to visiting again.

Leila’s spot was great. We loved that it was only a block from the beach. The shed storage and laundry machine was helpful- especially because of the humidity and moisture over night. It was hard to get clothing dry without a dryer. (We used a laundromat in town) The black tank hook up was not threaded to secure a connection but it still worked. Red tide was high while we were there.
Overall it was a beautiful spot just steps away from a beautiful dog friendly beach. We loved the location and so did our pets. Would recommend!

I loved camping at this location. First, I travel with my dog. So, the fenced in yard on three sides was nice. It was open and spacious. Plenty of space for larger RVs. Mine is a small teardrop and the lot could have held a much larger RV. The hookups were easy to use. and on the right side of the lot. So, you back your RV into the spot. Then, you have lots of space in front of your RV for set up of tents, TV, grill, etc. Now, let's talk about 'why' you would choose this spot. It is a very short walk to the beach. I made that walk three or four times a day. I went in November. So, the beach was empty and the weather perfect for both football and relaxing. Plus, Shipwreck Raw Bar is close if you want to eat out instead of grilling. I will definitely stay here again!

What a great spot with plenty of room to park and close to everything. 5 min walk to beautiful lake powell for fishing . Best beach in PCB is laguna beach and your 5 minute drive away. Brian the host is very nice and always available for any questions. The site is very nice and safe. Don't hesitate book it... you will love sand between your toes!!

Very well, kept with a beautiful scenery, the fact that there’s only three campsites is really nice as well so you don’t feel overcrowded. The firewood, being chopped and ready for you for $.50 a log was awesome. Beautiful sunrise, and sunset, I highly suggest you try to stay up just for a little bit because we were able to see a ton of shooting stars.
