Located near I-75 just 20 miles South of Tampa, 35 miles east of Saint Petersburg, 35 miles North of Sarasota, 2 hours West of Orlando. This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay. Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites. Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants. Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too. Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand. Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas. The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish). Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property. We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!

Down a hidden gravel drive with wetlands on either side you will find a completely fenced in field surrounded by pine, oak, and swamp maple trees. There are two ponds located on the property both stocked with bass, bluegill, and sunfish. The front pond is home to many natural Florida wildlife and is a great location to bird watch. Located a few miles from Brooksville and the Suncoast Parkway, this quiet and peaceful setting is just 5 minutes from the parking area and trailhead for the Suncoast Trail and 10 miles from the famous Weeki Wachee Springs, where you can spend the day at the local park or float down the river with the manatees. Withlacoochee State Park and other natural preserves with trail access and kayaking are only a short distance away, and Dames Cave, Homosassa Springs, and Chasawiska Springs are all within a ~20-minute drive as well. Was a lovely stay at the Olive Grove! So friendly and was such a comfortable stay. Loved the little Aframe cabin and the fire pit beside. Location was close to anything you need. Watching the chickens and ducks run around was fun of course. Make sure to check out the little store for olive oils, vinegars, etc!

The cabin tent was fun. The gift bag with fresh eggs, olive oil and soap was a very nice extra. I recommend arriving before sunset because finding our accommodations in the dark was very confusing. However I called the host and she came out and guided us all the way.

1 night at Yurt Glamping Nature in the City

We loved our stay at Ellen’s yoga yurt! It was better than I even could have expected, and was such the perfect little spiritual retreat. We opted to add on the Kundalini Yoga and Sound Bath experiences and are SO happy that we did. These are the kind of experiences you usually have to travel out of the country for. I truly loved the design and the decorations, and especially all of the sound bowls and instruments I got to play with while I was there. The gong and the rain stick were a few of my favorites. The tree house was another super fun addition, and climbing up into it took me back to my childhood. It was truly magical and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, Ellen 🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🕉️

Everything went well it was a very peaceful place. It was clean it was cute my only suggestion is is maybe bring something that pads the pull out bed they have in there but other than that everything else was perfect. Thank you so much for the space Star wars were fine bathroom was fine I had a couple of campfires it was just quiet and peaceful and I had massive alone time and I loved it. Mini fridge worked and AC probably worked but I never had to turn it on I just used the fan because it was cool evenings and it was a great base for me to stay in order to go fishing or out somewhere sleep late lay there or just listen to the sounds of the forest which I don't get to hear very often. Thank you thank you thank you so much. I'm probably going to stay again sometime.

Relaxing on the porch listening to the melodic howl of the papa new guinea dingo was something I didn’t know I needed in my life!! Also, the horses literally running around playing together is something I have never seen despite staying at horse sanctuaries before. Book now you won’t regret it!

Weekend Trip to Weeki wachee Sharing the Main river

This is a perfect get away. Fish, paddleboard, kayak or swim right behind the house. Lisa is an awesome host. She is very responsive to questions and has lots small useful accessories for the trip. The best thing about this area is there is a Mermaid trail to find lots of beautiful Mermaids. Thanks Lisa!!

Weekend Trip to Riverside Retreat

We had a great time. We had our dog with us which is always a bonus. Our hosts helped us with whatever we needed and addressed any concerns we had quickly and attentively. We came for the river access and enjoyed it very much. Though they live nearby and there was another family renting another RV, it felt pretty private. We enjoyed the treehouse spot, the fishing dock, and the comfort of the RV at the end of each night. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks again!

Weekend Trip to The Olive Grove Cabin Tent Cabin 1

We absolutely loved our stay at the Olive Grove! Only about 10 min away from the Weeki Wachee Springs and the mermaid shows, 5 min away to stores and restaurants, yet - we felt in the country and in the nature. The A-frame experience is one of a kind - watching the fire from the bed was phenomenal! The host was very attentive, responsive and helpful. Free gift of eggs, oil and coffee was a lovely touch. Thank you so much.

Great accommodations for our weekend getaway! Host was very quick to respond and helpful with everything. The yurt was a very peaceful place while it rained on us and the sound bath crystal bowls were a soothing way for relaxing. All around wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend for others looking for a Tampa area retreat.

Staying at this property was just what was needed for the weekend. Local to the area, but it still felt like a perfect “getaway” being in the yurt. Ellen was a fantastic host. 2 nights at Jungle Oasis
