Is the river rocky or rough on the feet? No, the property is on an ancient oceanfront dune with soft white beach sand, perfect for swimming.
Does the river smell? No, it has little to no odor.
Are there bugs? While we recommend bug/tick spray, the property isn’t overrun by mosquitoes.
