Forever Young Farm

Sean and Mari are avid back packers and we rely on hip camps across the country. We love and welcome you to our little 5 acre farm. My husband and I travel frequently and rely on little slices of heaven during out travels. We hope to share that with you all. Mari is a nurse and Sean is a pole vault coach. We actually got married on this very property.

Welcome to your perfect beach getaway at our beautiful Ormond Beach RV site! Situated just steps away from the Intercoastal waterway and only 2 miles from  world-renowned beaches.  Our RV pad includes 30 and 50 amp power, water, and clean out.  We have extra parking for those who may be coming for Bike week. 

Our home is centrally located to so much that Florida has to offer.  We are 2 miles from the beach, just steps to the intercoastal, 50 minutes to the theme parks, 40 minutes to historic St. Augustine, and 30 minutes to Blue Springs State Park.  We have paddle boards and beach cruisers for our guests to use.  Let us know if you are interested in fishing or just a cruise down the river. My husband offers inshore/offshore fishing trips and tours. 

Whether you're looking to relax on the sandy shores, explore the nearby attractions, or simply soak in the breathtaking sunsets over the water, this site offers it all.

Hidden Gem

Welcome to our HIDDEN GEM which is tucked away in 11 acres of beautiful oak trees. Splashed with Spanish moss this tropical paradise offers a serene experience  and creates a perfect environment for the Monarch Butterfly to thrive. We offer hot outdoor showers and flushable toilets. Our sites are large and secluded.   

We are 10 minutes from the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Bring your boat if you like to fish. We are 3 minutes from the boat ramp which accommodates boats large and small to access off shore fishing at the Inlet or flats fishing at Mosquito Lagoon. 

If you are a motorcycle enthusiast we are 30 minutes from Daytona Speedway and NSB Speedway. Kayak and surfing with your own or rentals are available.  

All the popular attractions are one hour drive time from us. There are 5 Golf Courses in NSB as well as an array of fine dining, art shows and of course lots of sunshine. 

As lifelong campers it is a pleasure to share our Hidden Gem with you. We love animals so bring your best friends along.

Camp Shiloh

Shiloh was the name of an early Florida town that was once located just down the road from our property. It was populated by hardy, adventurous folks who made a way for themselves and their families by clearing a spot along the river, building a home and forging a life in a new location. But Shiloh is now lost, literally removed from the maps. It no longer exists. When NASA needed a perimeter zone for the newly emerging space program in the 1950s, the federal government purchased large swaths of land between Oak Hill and Titusville, FL. Residents were bought out and forced to move. Houses were relocated or demolished. Shiloh disappeared into history while the space age pushed forward into the future.However... some foundations still can be found in the woods not far away, if you know where to look. There are even cemeteries that remain, whispering the names of individuals and families.As a tribute to those early adventurers, we have named our place Camp Shiloh. We honor the past, we respect the wild Florida that surrounds us, and we celebrate the future as we watch rocket launches from our porch. You are welcome to stay on the property while you explore the local communities of New Smyrna and Titusville, relax at beautiful Canaveral National Seashore, attend races in Daytona, visit amusement parks in Orlando... or whatever! It’s up to you. We are a peaceful, safe location from which you can stage your Florida adventure. Come on by. We look forward to hosting you!Learn more about this land:(Not a commercial campground.) Park your van or small RV, or pitch your tent on our rural homestead conveniently located 1000 ft off of US Hwy 1. Nearest I-95 exit/3 miles away. Watch rocket launches, visit nearby beaches, attend NASCAR races, see local communities of New Smyrna Beach or Titusville, relax at Canaveral National Seashore, birdwatch at Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, fish Mosquito Lagoon, or visit the amusement parks of Orlando, we are a safe and quiet location to stage your adventures from! Whew! That’s a lot for the tiny price of $27/night! We have a nice level, grassy campsite, complete with a fire ring, picnic table, and firewood. Nothing fancy, but we are clean, secure, private and gated. You can come and go as you please, and day-trip all over beautiful Central Florida!

Barberville was established in 1882 by James Barber hoping to capitalize on the railroad linking Tampa to Jacksonville. Local heritage is kept alive by the Pioneer Settlement for Creative Arts and is a glimpse into the past of this rural community and the early pioneers.

Cozy Freedom

Welcome to Cozy Freedom at Earthperks Farm, where the convenience of town meets the serenity of nature in perfect harmony amid the beauty of Florida's pine forests. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, our agritourism destination offers a unique camping experience that allows you to immerse yourself in the natural splendor of the Sunshine State, yet a direct drive of just 11 miles to the Atlantic Ocean.

Our camping sites are nestled within a pristine pine flatwoods ecosystem, where towering pines create a canopy overhead, dappling the forest floor with patches of sunlight. Each campsite is thoughtfully spaced to offer privacy and tranquility, allowing you to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Awake to the melodic trill of songbirds greeting the dawn, and start your day with a leisurely hike in Tiger Bay State Forest nature trails directly connected behind the farm. Meander through the pine forest, pausing to admire the delicate wildflowers that carpet the forest floor and the occasional glimpse of wildlife darting among the trees.

Historically, Cozy Freedom was occupied by the Timucuan Indians who hunted the forest and swamp land. Efforts to preserve and celebrate Timucuan heritage continue, as descendants and scholars work to honor the contributions of this ancient and resilient people. More recent history of the property included a plant nursery and beekeeping location. 

Our agritourism destination offers a journey of discovery through the cultivation of produce, blueberries, ginger, turmeric, bamboo, flowers, and more. Our guided tours provide a behind-the-scenes look at the intricate process of growing and harvesting these remarkable crops, from planting the seeds to nurturing the plants through each stage of growth. Resident bats help with the mosquitos. 

Wind down in the evening by walking and meditating through our 11-circuit walking labyrinth. Feel the inner peace, calm your nerves, be refreshed, celebrate! 

What else do you need to achieve cozy freedom?!

Day trips to St. Augustine, Orlando, Cape Canaveral and Ocala.  Visit local Old Florida sites nearby, including Bulow Plantation Ruins, Tomoka State Park, and Barberville Pioneer Settlement. Take a swim at any of the crystal clear springs within less than an hour or borrow our 2 kayaks and paddle down the Tomoka River.

Wintertime is peaceful and ideal for camping in Florida. We do have some nights that drop into the 30's, but most days are perfect to be outside. Summers are hot and wet and mosquitos will drive you inside from mid-June through to the end of August. Enjoy staying put on the farm or safely leaving your belongings while visiting the sights in the area.  Someone is always nearby onsite, but privacy is respected. Property is situated on a thoroughfare between Ocala and Ormond Beach with audible traffic during the day, so not ideal for individuals seeking absolute silence.

A bit of paradise camping

We have a very peaceful and quiet place in Titusville Florida. We have had the property since 1998. It is 2 acres on a waterfront that is used as our residence & recreation and we are excited to share it with you for you to be able to pitch your tent. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate RV's at this time.
No fires allowed except on a BBQ grill for cooking only.
