Our property is 2.3 acres of beauty! Immediately adjacent to the RV spot is a large, open meadow, surrounded by food forest on two sides. These areas are like where orchards meet wildlands. The host is an expert forager and garden designer. There are pigs, chickens, and a fruit tree nursery on site. There are also active, outdoorsy children catching lizards and a Whippet puppy.

We can not allow visiting animals or pets on the property. Please do not bother to inquire with us if you plan to be traveling with them. We have a small Landscape Nursery half a block off of Jupiter Farms Rd. We are not a retail operation. Jupiter Farms Nursery provides Vocational and Residential Rehabilitation for specially abled young adults who are developmentally delayed and or on the Autism Spectrum. Donations are welcome! Our setting is very natural and relaxing with often wildlife abound. The RV spots are mostly on hard packed 3/4" Gravel Limestone rocks and adjacent to our Landscape Nursery, our pool, or our private Natural Cypress Head Wetland. Quietly visit our short Cypress Head Wetland Nature Trail here during daylight hours from Sunrise to Sunset. Please keep all Noise Levels, including Voices, Down during your stay in respect of others around and especially in respect of our neighbors as Sounds carry loudly out here in the air of our Pines Scrub and Wetlands. PLEASE do not roam the property beyond your own Campsite and the areas we describe as accessible for you. Be sure to CALL and/or TEXT to address, answer, or confirm any issues or questions which may arise with you At Any Time, Day or Night. We're only 1.5 miles to Publix Shop Center, Fuel, Hardware, Bank, Restaurants, etc. Jupiter Farms Community Park 1 mile, Riverbend Park 3 miles, I-95/Turnpike 5 miles. Hookups for 2-15AMP, 2-30AMP and 1-50AMP Service. Site 1 Poolside Stubby, Site 2 Poolside Long, Site 3 Palmside/Pool Skinny, Site 4 Palmside Skinny or Not, Site 5 30AMP Palmside/Nursery Chlorinated Non-potable Well Water available on a fill up basis. Used Water Dump is available by $10.00 Fee per sewer dump All Well Water hose and Sewer connections must be removed after each approved and scheduled use. Check in: after 1:30 p.m. Check out: by 11:00 a.m. and strictly adhered to Gates are Kept Closed at All Times except for scheduled initial entry upon arrival. Guests will let themselves in and out during stays. Gates must be closed behind you please. Final Exit upon Departure by the Prescribed Checkout Time will be monitored by us. Call and text to confirm your scheduled departure. If you are requesting approval for a stay, be sure to include a Description of your Coach or Camper and All Vehicles, #of Campers and their ages or age ranges. Please Confirm you'll have No Pets or Animals. Check in: after 1:30 p.m. Check out: by 11:00 a.m. Our Sites are hard packed Limestone and Adjacent to our Landscape Nursery, or our pool, and our isolated Natural Cypress Head Wetland and short Nature Trail. PALMSIDE, POOLSIDE, ADJACENT are ALL BASICALLY THE SAME AND ARE ALL INTERCHANGEABLE. They're all GREAT SPOTS one way or another. Promise! Nearby Publix Shopping Center, Fuel/Convenience Store, Hardware, Bank, Restaurants etc at only 1.6 miles. To Jupiter Farms Community Park 1mi. To Riverbend Park 3mi. I-95/Turnpike 5mi. 2-15Amp, 2-30Amp, 1-50Amp Service. Electric service is 50+feet away so you will likely need appropriate electrical extension. No electric heaters please. Site 1 Poolside Stubby $45./day Site 2 Poolside Long $50./day Site 3 Palmside Skinny $45./day Site 4 Palmside Skinny or Not $45./day Site 5 Palmside/Nursery $45./day Chlorinated Well Water available free for fill ups. Bring your own Bottled Potable Water for drinking and cooking. Jugs of water up to 5 gallons are available at our local Publix Supermarket. Generator running on the property is limited to 2 hours per day between the hours of 9-11am and 2-4pm.

Our beloved 2-acre plot is naturally-forested with towering eastern slash pines, cabbage palms, saw palmettos, beauty berry, firebush, and other native flora. Each camp site is uniquely situated within its own private zone with plenty of space to set up tents, chairs, or tables. Natural seating abounds in the way of cut logs and stumps. We are not currently offering picnic tables - so sorry! Year-round residents include pileated & red-bellied woodpeckers, armadillos, opossums, black vultures, raccoons, cattle egrets, snowy egrets, ibis, bluejays, boat-tailed grackles, crows, green & brown anoles, mourning doves, gray squirrels, southern flying squirrels, burrowing owls, box turtles, southern black racers, red rat snakes, king snakes, coral snakes, hawks, toads, tree frogs, and more. We're also blessed by visitations from seasonal birds such as cardinals, kestrels, swallow-tail kites, orioles, buntings, and warblers. Bring your outdoor gear for biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, or beach-going! From our location, you can explore the neighborhood on foot or bicycle, with sidewalks directly abutting the property. Canals in the area are open to fishing (just don't enter private property!). We're also within 25 minutes of remarkable destinations such as: Jonathan Dickinson State Park - known for it's expansive scrub, excellent mountain bike trails, and the highest natural point SE of Lake Okeechobee Jupiter Island - frequented by tourists and locals alike for it's gorgeous beaches, intra-coastal access, and fresh seafood Grassy Waters Preserve - 18+ miles of well-maintained trails winding throughout pristine wetlands. Look for alligators, great blue herons, great egrets, sandhill cranes, roseate spoonbills, turtles, limpkins, and more
