Enjoy Back to Nature. We are sharing with you a part of our Homestead. Very unique by its location, it is a piece of the nature that is close to everything. It is surrounded by acres of Pine Forest so enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, look at the wild life. We have about a dozen of chickens and a few roosters.The property is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Interstate 95, and 1 mile away from US1. 3 min drive to the grocery store( Publix).  Plenty of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming- within 10-15 minutes to the River, Beaches and the Ocean; tons of natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more.  We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

We live on the property. It is very private but, at the same time, close to everything. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. 1 mi from the highway. 15min to Flagler Beach (top surf place in Florida!). A lot of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming( ocean is10-15 minutes drive), natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground (5min walk). Daytona Beach and historic St.Augustine( 20-30 min drive). A little over an hour to Orlando, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. We have a water and electricity hook ups. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal. There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking, no loud parties. No slipping in tents allowed.

Quiet peaceful but close to activities like baseball, softball, walking trails, parks, cycling and theme parks. Come enjoy nature but still be close to amenities. We have a area for tents with water and minimal electric available. Screen room is also available for inclement weather with outdoor table for dining. We are surrounded by wildlife native to Florida including bears, coyote, bobcats, alligators, raccoons and many more. The area is fenced in. The campsite is approximately 1000ft from the road but some traffic may be heard during peak hours. A Paved walking and cycling trail leads to boomba sports complex, the environmental center, and Lake Jessup in one direction and big tree park in the other. The trail is part of the cross seminole trail system.

My wife and I had a terrific few days at Roxie's camp. The hosts were welcoming and available, if needed... the sites were neat and well maintained... and the area was secluded, yet minutes away from stores, find, gas, and I-95... not that you would know it from the quiet and peaceful campsites.

It was a very convenient location. Surprisingly quiet, we felt very safe. Across the street we were able to access the Cross Seminole Trail with endless recreation trails and parks! Perfect for us and our pup. But perhaps the best thing was the fantastic outdoor shower! The BEST shower since we hit the road 12 days ago! Would come again for sure

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. We couldn't ask for a nicer host. Nick and his wife are so kind, they even offered us eggs. We absolutely loved Surfers Paradize! Nick was a great host. He was friendly, available when needed but also gave us our privacy. The site was spacious and we really enjoyed the fire pit. Water, electricity and even a trash bin was provided. It was the perfect spot to stay for the race weekend at the speedway. Can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful, wide, open place! Plenty of room to roam and relax. Our only issue was the dirt road with giant potholes with water getting in and out with our 45' toy hauler... But not our awesome host's fault. We would definitely do it again.

We really enjoyed camping on Roxie's land. The site was spacious, flat and spread out from the other two which made for a sense of privacy. It made for nice views and felt remote even though it was right in town and close to our plans. Roxie was a gracious host and the resident roosters were a great wake up call, didn't need to set an alarm. Would stay again for sure!

My husband and I and our four pups really enjoyed camping at Nicks property. This is the 2nd time we've camped here. He and his wife Roxi have an amazing and beautiful property. They are so kind and caring and Rixi even brought us fresh eggs..so delicious for our morning breakfasts. Our camp site was spacious, private, had electric, water, and a wonderful view of nature all around. They have fire pits and tables and chairs for your use too. This camp is close to amenities like groceries, gas, and some delicious restaurants. It is also close to all outdoor adventures and most of all the BEACH. We love this hip camp and you will too. Thanks again you guys for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Daytona Beach is a popular spring break party beach, meaning crowds surge in March and April.
