This is a unique campsite in the heart of some of Florida's natural springs. It is also only 50 miles from the beautiful beaches. We have a schoolie and airstream on the site. There is plenty of room for tents or RV/ camper. It is a small rural area that provides seclusion and privacy while enjoying nature. There is a shared common area with a fire pit and pergola with a grill for enjoying each other's company.

Private pine and oak forest camping. With as many flowers as I can grow! 3 miles to Bluff Springs Recreation Area for boating and fishing. 1 1/2 hour drive to Pensacola Beach, great stop over point. Large parking lot but watch for low power lines. Beach Cruiser Bicycle repair and gas motorized bicycle repair and sales. Have bicycle tires tubes and many bicycle parts in stock! I only have 1 site renting, the parking lot is never crowded with other vehicles. Great place to park, no detours off of HWY 29, just pull in and pull out, circular drive and parking lot.  Direct access to other Highways like Hwy 65. No alcohol at this campsite, serenity. AA meetings if you would like. Property established in 1963.

Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access. Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area. Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). I never saw anyone but they were very helpful in my late check-in and left great instructions on where to go. It was clean and all the hook ups were readily available. I chose it for the location and it was a very easy in and out.

Weekend Trip to Seagrove RV- Santa Rosa Beach, 30A!

Allison and her family were incredible hosts. We camped there with our 19ft camper. The site was immaculate and full hookups worked flawlessly. The pool was crystal clear and our children had a great time! Walking distance to the beach made multiple trips there nice and easy. We will definitely be back soon.

If you want to feel like a local with a quick step to the pool/backyard paradise, stay here. Great location with easy access to everything 30A including the beach a short walk away. Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay!

Weekend Trip to Rural unique campground

Nice site for an overnight or weekend stay. There is a cute bus that has been converted to an Airbnb and also an Airstream camper close by. Maddie was very sweet and quick to respond.
