Come stay on our working farm! 

Relax and enjoy all that our farm has to offer.  You can enjoy nature and privacy or opt for a more interactive experience and join our morning or evening farm tour where you can interact with goats, sheep, mini-horses, pigs, chickens, ducks, and more.

We are a small family farm where we raise animals and grow flowers/food. Our family home was built in 1739 and is situated near the street entrance. 

As you enter the property, you will see two cottages,  the oldest corn crib in the county, and a beautifully restored 1800s barn.  There is a vintage-style camper to the left of the barn, located in an area where you can have privacy overlooking the pastures. 
We live on the property and can assist guests with anything that they might need.

Guests are welcome to stroll around the property and enjoy all it has to offer. We have a farm store and education center opening summer of 2025!  Check our website to see classes and offerings that you might take advantage of during your stay.

Please note, that we ask that guests do not enter the barn or fenced pasture without one of the farm owners (Molly & Diego).  Our animals are accustomed to people, but livestock is unpredictable, especially to people that they do not know. There is plenty of area outside of the pasture that guests can enjoy. If you opt for a farm tour we promise that you will have plenty of interaction with our many animals.

Humble Farm with Simplicity

Bring your family and friends to camp at our quiet and very earthy and modest small family farm. Located in backwoods horse pastures with chickens, a dog, and a few  horses. The property is very spread out and there are 2 outhouses for all sites to use.  Your pets are welcome too!  Locally there are state parks with beaches, and state forest for trails and lakes, hiking and biking. Or you can just relax and enjoy the serenity!

We offer an hot H2O outdoor shower here for the comfort of out clients. It is located on the back of main house in corner.  Entrance through gate is marked. Also See map in photos.

    We cannot allow any wood for camp fires to be brought in form the outside for environmental reasons.  It can be pre-purchased for $12 per bundle on this site, or $10.00 cash here at farm.

 Farm Fresh eggs daily when available for $5.00 per 1/2 dozen.  

Blankets and pillows only are provided, NO LINENS for cabin or trailer sites only.

Garbage removal is available as well $5 per bag provided.

Skunk Hollow

Secluded 30 acre lot with 3 cabins, two for sleeping and one is a kitchen cabin, fire pit and outhouse.

Pond with paddle boat and brook on site. Access to hiking trails along the brook onto public land trust.

Close to Brimfield, Westford hill distillery, Fenton Ruby wildlife reserve and other state parks.

AMAZING STUNNING PROPERTY! PRIVATE! PEACEFUL! Absolutely heaven sent!&nbsp;A place that will stay in your hearts forever. The property's backdrop is the lush James Goodwin forest where you can walk directly from to hiking trails.&nbsp;Fall asleep under the magnificent brilliance of the millions of stars, hear nothing but the sound of crickets,&nbsp;croaking frogs, hooting owls;&nbsp;see fireflies light up the night and&nbsp;fall asleep&nbsp;to the sound of the&nbsp;streams running right alongside the property. Watch the ariel acrobatics of the swallows swoop into the barn to feed their chicks!&nbsp;The two&nbsp;streams feed&nbsp;into the huge Natchaug River right across the street which is&nbsp;great for fishing, or spending the day at Diana's pool basking on the rocks with a picnic lunch. The area and property&nbsp;is perfect for&nbsp;hiking, horseback riding, small retreats, family gatherings all the while&nbsp;enjoying nature at its purest.

We offer a Weber grill and large fire pit and outdoor picnic table with umbrella.

You can either sleep in the barn, down in the clean stalls, or up in the barn loft. Bring supplies&nbsp;as if you are camping ie bedding, hammock, tent, sleeping pad or inflatable mattress.&nbsp;There is a long wooden table up in the barn loft that seats 14. There are games up there too, (dominos, cards, trivial pursuit etc). You may also camp outside under the starry skies.

We provide a VERY clean porta potty and the barn has electricity and running (cold) water. Bring a solar portable shower should you need.

Fernwood on Alan F.’s Land

There are several options for setting up your tent.  You will be the only ones at Fernwood, or Fernwood 2  unless we happen to be up working on the land.&nbsp; No matter where you set up you'll have your own private fire pit, and level ground for your tent(s).&nbsp; 

Come and enjoy a quiet retreat, or use Fernwood as a base for many outdoor activities-biking, fishing, hiking-all nearby.&nbsp; Natchaug Forest offers great trout fishing.&nbsp; Goodwin State Forest is less than 3 miles away by car where you can put in a canoe on Pine Lake, amble through the wildflower and pollinator gardens, or enjoy the Education Center and Museum. From Goodwin, you can access the Air Line State Park Bike/Hiking Path.&nbsp;

Hampton also has a general store that has simple food, frozen dinners that Kara will heat up for you, gifts, and awesome Ice Cream Sodas!

&nbsp;If you want a change from all that nature, there is Sharpe Hill Vineyard less than 10 miles away, as well as We-Li-Kit IceCream less than 6 miles.&nbsp; The route to either place will take you through beautiful scenic farmland.&nbsp;

Alan took us to this site for us to take a look. It's a wonderful camping place and we loved the hiking trails leading through the rest of the land.

Holiday Hill

A century old chicken farm that was turned into a summer day-camp and outdoor recreation center in 1958. Currently it hosts about 500 happy campers every summer and events on the weekends.

The Sandbox Campground

The Sandbox campground was born from The Sandbox Indoor Beach Sports and Events facility, which mainly focuses on providing year round beach volleyball. 

We bought the property in 2015 and opened the facility in 2019. 
As it happens, it's a 12+ acre lot surrounded by wetlands, hiking and biking trails ... there will never be another building built within view of our facility.
 We are surrounded by nature, and will be forever.

So what a great opportunity to offer camping and access to all of the forests, woodlands, wetlands and trails around! And if you're up for it, come play some beach volleyball and meet new lifelong friends :)
