There are Mountain Lakes, Plains Lakes, the Big Laramie River, Snowy Range Down Hill Ski Area all with in a 60 mile radius. There is public access to the Big Laramie River across the highway where you can fish or walk the public access path that runs along side it. Saratoga, WY, natural Hot Springs are about 90 miles West and makes for a beautiful drive. Snowy Range Mountain offers a down hill ski area, trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Star gazing from the Little Cabin or Gazebo is amazing. There is no light pollution which allows a view of the stars some have never seen.

A cozy living area with a wood stove & 3 large windows to view the mountains & lake. Great outdoor space with a porch and deck on 3 sides of the property. 1/2 block to public access to the lake and snowmobile access for ice fishing in the winter. 1/2 block to Beacon Marina that has bait and fishing license and boat rentals. You can access the lake with your Kayaks here as well. Large out door fire pit for your enjoyment. There is fishing, skiing, golfing, snowmobile riding along with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The best and closest restaurant and bar is the Roadhouse Bar and Grill which is a 1/2 mile away, you can enjoy good food without going all the way into town. They have the best Country fried chicken and steak on Friday and crab legs on Saturday! If you are down to earth and just want to have a good time you'll love this place!! Dishwasher in the kitchen and we do have to pack out the trash so please use the dishwasher and leave the paper plates at home, less trash is better!
