Saratoga, WY, natural Hot Springs are about 90 miles West and makes for a beautiful drive. Snowy Range Mountain offers a down hill ski area, trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Star gazing from the Little Cabin or Gazebo is amazing. There is no light pollution which allows a view of the stars some have never seen.

Carter Lake is only a 5-minute drive away. 20 Minutes away from Longmont Colorado is far enough away that you can escape from the city but close enough to be able to run into town if you need anything. As long as you are by your post, we don't care how you park, pull in, back in, pull through, we are easy going. Be aware this is a Rustic experience.
