Originally an 80 acre cattle ranch built by a gentleman from Iowa named Thomas Jefferson Rutherford. 
Now a charming, peaceful and beautiful 4 acre flower farm. 
On site, we also host a unique place to stay in our converted grain silos!  We offer guests access to use of the hot tub and all natural, European swimming pond!

Hidden in an eclectic and upcoming area of Denver and minutes from downtown, our backyard hosts our beautiful, chic tiny house on wheels. At roughly 330 square feet, this gem has everything the visiting traveler needs to receive a genuine Colorado experience. From the locally harvested beetle-kill pine accents to the sound of chickens roosting nearby, this cozy home is a perfect hideaway to explore the simplicity of tiny living, while enjoying all that Denver has to offer.
Our home was recently featured on an episode of FYI's Tiny House Nation as the 300 Sq. Ft. Poker Night House. It is located in the backyard of our main home.
Check-in is self-sufficient if necessary but if we are home, we will happily greet you and show you the ropes. There is a BBQ pit and yard/hammock available for use as well. We have backyard chickens that roam the property during daylight hours, and they love visitors.

The space

Cottonwood Tree Camp

When the farm house was built in 1909, the cabin was already here. We bought the weed patch with the intention of starting a flower farm.  It was a cattle feed lot years ago and the soil should be very fertile. We'll use the composted manure in the Spring.

Farm land off I-76 and Hwy 6. Set up camp under old cottonwood trees, between the wild plums and spruce trees. 31267 Road U, Brush CO 80723. Prewitt Reservoir and Elliot State Recreational Area nearby. Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular. See the stars at night. Wake up to the rooster's crow.  We have alfalfa and corn to the north and grasslands to the south. Outhouse/port-o-potty is available. The train adds to the country feel. Irrigation ditch runs at least two days a week.  Our chickens are friendly and used to dogs.  Site #1 is better for small vehicles and tent camping. It is more protected.  Site #2 is better for large RVs and trailers.

Located down the road from nationally recognized Optimist disc golf course in Ft Morgan CO.

Peace of the Plains

Placed directly in front of Meeker and Longs peaks this property was established in 1905 in a truly magical location. The vast open view can feel isolating and peaceful while still being very close to civilization.  A healing center is located on the property with services available at extra cost.

Amazing view of the entire front range. Plains grasses, landscape plants. Bird watching can be fascinating here. I live on the property, the restroom is inside my business that is also on the property.
Located 3 miles outside of small towns it is within 1 hours drive to the mountains, Denver, Pawnee grasslands and multiple reservoirs for fishing and watersports.

FFF Urban Campsite

The Fleischer Family Farm is a small urban farm on the Colorado front range striving to provide opportunities for the local community to source delicious nutrient rich produce, cage free eggs and other cottage food items produced without the use of pesticides or synthetics. Through environmentally respectful practices, our family works tirelessly to be the community provider of quality farm products and your inspiration for continued education in knowing the life cycle of your food.Learn more about this land:The campsite is located on the eastern side of a 2 acre urban vegetable farm.  You will camp on the farm property within walking distance of a grocery store, gas station, a few shops and the best local ice cream spot around.  You'd never know it though as you'll be surrounded by farm, forest, and residential neighbors.  The spot is fairly secluded, has chickens, honeybees and a small fire pit is on site.
