This is a fully operational legal cannabis farm in the mountains of Mendocino County, overlooking beautiful wine country. There are

5 full time residents living and caring for the farm that also includes an organic fruit orchard and veggie garden.

The owner, Antler bought the property 20 years ago, and has lived full time her for 12 years.

Antler has a vision for this communal farm to be a place for artists and others to come and create freely. As you explore this property you will see where his vision has come into play with many artists leaving their mark on this beautiful land in many forms.

If you're looking to be inspired and get away from the usual and mundane... then this is the place to come. Many people have said this land holds some kind of special magic and there isn't anything like it.

Mendocino Magic is a camping, fishing, wedding and outdoor events destination in inland Mendocino county, Northern California, just a few miles off Highway 101 in the heart of the Emerald Triangle. This unique sprawling 600-acre property is home to the largest privately-held reservoir in the North Coast region, perfect for swimming and catch & release fishing. We offer tent camping, RV & Car camping, luxe furnished tents, and cabins for your stay. 

Star gaze from the rolling hills of the Mendocino forest, kayak on our private Reservoir, and show off your BBQ skills with included campground amenities.

Running Springs Ranch

Welcome to the 2024 Season! 

After all the glorious and much needed rain (and admittedly a small dose of cabin fever), we're very excited for some sun and warm weather. The skies are blue, the lavender is blooming and we're looking forward to seeing you!

In our ongoing effort to ensure the health of our guests and the farm, we're asking everyone to please continue to use the provided hand sanitizers when in the shared facilities and if you're not feeling well, we're happy to help you re-schedule your visit. Thank you so much for your support in keeping everyone healthy!

Sadly, we are unable to offer an evening campfire due to a ban on outdoor fires. We're in the process of getting a gas firepit, which will offer ambience, but will not allow roasting our beloved s'mores.  That said, the stars are always the main attraction and that, thankfully, never changes!

If you're planning on bringing a dog, we're happy to welcome them as well. You'll need to look at the "Extras" section and click on it to add it to your reservation.

Stay in one of our private, beautifully furnished platform tents and enjoy the gorgeous mountain views from your own front porch while you breath in the fragrant lavender scented air. 

Orr Hot Springs is just up the road or take a very special hike through a protected redwood forest at Montgomery Woods. Settle into the peaceful surroundings and see stars like you've never seen them before. Our fur babies will happily greet you with some dog kisses while we show you to your tent. Fresh, pure spring water is also provided at no charge. 

We're a working lavender farm and you're welcome to participate in whatever we're doing during your stay, just let us know.

Please plan on checking-in before 8pm, we work hard and really need our sleep.

Please Note:  We strongly suggest that if you're visiting with children, you book Site 1.  It's nearer the bathroom facilities, but more importantly it's on flat ground where as Site 2 is on a hill.

Also you may see some photos of twin beds uploaded by campers, but this is no longer the case. BOTH sites now have one queen bed.

Pura Vida Springs Ranch

 Over the past 6 years this raw land with only the Glen Eden trail going through it
Has been transformed into a working farm and ranch.  Spectacular views of Clearlake and Mt Knocti make coffee time watching the sunrise breathtaking. 



Jackrabbit Ranch

Once a remote cattle range and now a ranch and hermitage ranging from 900' to 2800' in elevation over 590 acres of glorious land, most of it untouched by human hands.  Wild windblown oak meadows, pine forests and wildflowers, mud and greenery in winter to a lovely dry golden bronze in summer with access to the North Fork of the Eel River if you have 4wd, AWD, horse or a quad of your own to ride.    Sites run from car access to 4wd and even quad access only, all of them rustic and primitive perfect for folks who really want a change from technology.  Phone service generally will *not* work on site.  Prepare to unplug.

Rods-In on the waters edge

In the small town of Clearlake Oaks, Rods-In has direct lake access from Hwy 20 via the Keys.  Located on the water and close to the public launch ramp, it is perfect for early morning fishing without the drive.      We have a very nicely set up two bedroom house all furnished for your stay Or experience a 26 foot very livable, travel trailer and see if this is for you. We also have two RV sites and room for your off street boat parking. We have a recreational area for guest to join together and have a campfire this time of year.  the fire season will probably end July or thereabouts.
Bass, Catfish, and Crappie fishing can draw fisherman from all over to demonstrate their skills and claim the next championship.
