A desert Oasis near the gateway to the Southern Sierra Nevada, Kennedy Meadows, Walkers pass all along the 14 freeway. The property is located approximately 12 miles out from the California City area and California City Blvd. Rhe properly is 2 acres with a lovely campsite that has a shaded picnic sitting area as well as a wood burning bbq station. The campsite is at the top of the property and is marked as you drive in via Rutgers Road. Visitors are welcome to bring pets, enjoy food and drink. The property is immediately adjacent to the OHV dirt bike and side by side trails. The famous Jaw Bone trail is here.

Learn more about this land:You have a blank city to yourself. Not much around you for miles. Though stores and civilization are about 20 minutes away. Neighbors are 100's of acres away. (Except for othe Hipcampers).
You can camp, do nothing, cook, ride your dirt bike, ect... We don't really care what you do. As long as you respect land, law, other campers (if any) and cleanup after yourself. If you rent out the entire land, you can run around necked for all we care.

Its tons of open land to do whatever u want with it. But leave no trace. Pack it in pack it out.Learn more about this land:320 acres of desert mountains. Great views. Very private. No neighbors for miles. Ridgecrest is 15 minute drive. We are laid back you can do anything you want as long as it's safe and legal. There is an RV on site with a bathroom available for your use. Once booked we will let you know where we hide the keys. (Water does not work unless you connect the RV battery to another vehicle with jumper cables.) This means no water to shower with and dont put anything but the provided Toilet Paper and human waste down the toilet.
