Citrus, pomegranates, flowers, nuts, seasonal veggies, chickens, eggs and honey! We are building something special here and work in tandem with Covering Ground Farm and their staff to grow a variety of food on the farm. Feel free to look around while you are here, but please be mindful of your surroundings as this is a working farm with hazards around. We recommend staying inside the main developed "yard" area with kids and dogs as it is much safer. There are people coming and going frequently throughout the day, and work usually stops just after sunset. We have 1 RV hookup, with water and 30 amp power. There are no sewer hookups, but you can dump your tank for an additional fee. Please bring your own hose for water. We have a fire pit for use, but limited wood supply. Please bring some wood if possible. Wide open lawn area, shaded tree area and farm space available to explore. The pool is open for all guests but the hot tub is not available for Hipcamp. We have 2 brand new flushable toilets available for all of our guests. The "Bath House" is still being finished, and will eventually have 2 showers as well. Please be mindful of the other people on the property! Enjoy our home and let us know if you need anything during your stay.

This university town is well known for its mixture of vibrance, the arts, and small town rural living. The area boasts truly amazing restaurants, bars, shopping and modern amenities.
