'The Little House'

Our home is located in historic 'Trabuco Canyon' in Orange County, CA.  Our cabin 'number 63' was built in 1928 and all the cabins here in the cabin were sold as hunting cabins or used for vacationing.   Live Oak Canyon Road, and Silverado Canyon Road are some of the nicest driving areas in Southern California.  Learn more about this land:Welcome to Cabin 63... or, we like to call her, ‘The Little Red House’. Our little prefab studio is located in a quiet, safe, tucked away rural neighborhood... at the foot of beautiful Saddleback Mountain. Chickens and cats free range among the oak trees and you will often hear the sounds of horses meandering down the road.Our canyon has a real country feel to it and yet you are only minutes away from the city.  We are situated in a hub of hiking and biking trails and,  if desired, we are only 30 minutes from the beach.  In the evening you can often hear the bleating of sheep on the nearby hills and coyotes yipping in the night.

Start your morning having coffee on the tree swing... or end your evening here with a special someone.

Trabuco Canyon HideAway

Located in Orange County,  Trabuco Canyon is nestled in the foothills of Saddleback Mountain.  Driving through the canyon is like taking a step back in time.  Many of the original cabins, that were built in 1928, remain today. You'll hear sheep that graze on nearby hills, share the rode with horseback riders and see the stars because there are no street lights.Warning - there is a rooster who lives two properties over and he does crow starting early in the morning.  We can sleep through anything so it doesn't bother but if you're a light sleeper, or not a morning person, this might not work for you.There's magic here.**We set our trailer up so that people that want to try out camping, for just a get away or to try out the 18' size, don't have to go through the whole towing and set up process.  Also, it's perfect for young people who may be attending a local wedding.And just for clarity, the trailer does not get hooked up to anyones's vehicle and does not leave the property.  It's strictly for onsite use.Learn more about this land:We have a magical spot set up on the upper level of our property where you can get back to 'simple'. You'll feel like you're camping but you don't have to hassle with the setup. Just bring a walking stick, bike, a good book....or great for a remote work space, and you're set for a simple get away.The table area has wrap around windows that look out over mature oak trees...and make you feel like you're in a tree house. The beach is 20 miles away.

Our meticulously restored 1967 Boles Aero vintage trailer offers a one-of-a-kind glamping experience. 2. For a bit more space, unwind in our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft with stunning eastern corridor views. 

From our spot, you can walk to charming cafes, vintage stores, restaurants and the iconic Oceanside pier, all within a mile!  

For foodies, you'll enjoy our local breweries and restaurants to satisfy every appetite. Every Thursday morning brings the charming downtown Farmers Market if you'd like to cook a special meal from local ingredients; while evenings come alive with the bustling Sunset Market's with local artists, music, and a variety of delectable food vendors. 

You can explore beyond Oceanside, too! Our location between San Diego and Los Angeles makes day trips a breeze with the train station just a half-mile away. Or for those who prefer to explore by bike, rent our beach cruisers at a flat rate, and enjoy the many bike trails our coast offers.

Minimize your footprint, while maximizing your visit to Oceanside! Our entire property is solar-powered, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. 

Consider Site Paz  to relax in your private, gated space with eastern corridor views. Our vintage trailer with organic futons, linens and basic cookware. We utilize a water-less composting toilet, and encourage responsible waste disposal through large recycling bins for food scraps, glass, and aluminum cans.

This unique space is perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a solo adventure.

Consider Site Cielo for a bit more space. Unwind in our cozy, vintage 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft with hillside garden views. This is more space with queen size and full size beds, full bathrooms, a full kitchen and a t.v. in the living room. Hangout on the upper landing with a cup of coffee with the garden view. 

The Ranch

Get into nature at our private and gorgeous campsite with an outdoor wooden bar and fire pit on over 25 acres to yourself. Camp and park your RV under the stars, enjoy hiking and relax in the oak grove. The wooden bar is a fun touch and we have a fire pit to keep you warm at night. We have over 100 acres. 

Our property is close to O’Neill park but far enough away to where your family will not have to camp next to anyone. We have market lights throughout the property. No power or sewage hookups.

Nalas Lake Play

Welcome to Lake Elsinore!! Im excited to be your host and help you make some great memories! This land does have a slope. But it also has a flap spot ontop perfect for camping with some amazing lake views and some gorgeous night skys. The stars feel so close to you that you think you can just reach out and grab them! There is a paved road that leads to the top of the street which is the most recommended way to get to this property since the road that google maps gives you is not paved and its too narrow for some cars. You are close to homes and stores. But your also secluded away to give you some privacy. Making you feel at one with nature. This small town is sourrended by loving people making it a jewel not just for the views and lake. This land is perfect for camping tents,  Glamping tents, 4x4 Car Campers, and even small RVs(There is a small slope to get up into the property so make sure your RV is capable). The Property is just 3 minutes away from Lake Elsinore, here you can fish, swim, BBq, and many more activity that the lake offers. Being so close to it makes you want to be out there all day and come back at night to enjoy your night shows on the property with the stars. The property seize is 0.11 acres which is 4,791sq Feet. Only about 800sq Feet has a slope the rest is just flat land ontop. That gives you 3,800+ sq feet of land to just enjoy and have fun on!

This is kind of the terrain there is. Pure dirt and rocks so perfect!
