This 80sqft site has an additional 24sqft porch when you open up the swing wall. Welcome in more than 260° of the Paso Robles Mountain views and the fresh air that makes you feel like you're lounging outside. We're 25 minutes away from the cities. Close enough but far enough to see the stars.

Note: We have a full-size mattress but bring your own linen to sleep in.

Property is located on 700 acres in the Coalinga mountains range. Very secluded and quite place.Learn more about this land:Perfect getaway  for outdoors lovers.  Great spot to ride your horse, hike the mountains or ride the four wheelers and dirt bikes. 13 acres in a very secluded location away from city noise. But still just minutes from Hanford where you can find anything you need to shop for.  Great camping area on seasonal Kings River. No other houses in view since we are located between 20 acres of almond trees and 30 acres of walnut trees. Very safe location with security in place.

RandCher Vineyards

Our families heritage in the San Joaquin Valley is over 100 years, we are California grown! The land was purchased from the railroad in 1919 by Grandpa Coen when he immigrated to the USA after his service to the British Empire during WW1.  

Grandpa established and maintained the vineyards during his life in California's Central Valley which he left to his daughter, Irene.  She kept the farming tradition going with her husband, Al, and they expanded by purchasing surrounding land and planting more vines. 

Today their daughter, Cheryl, and son-in-law Randy, continues the family farming tradition for the next century.
