Enjoy a BBQ experience with your loved ones and relax and take in the beautiful moon lit evenings.Green Valley Lake offers seasonal fishing, heavy snow during the winter and a picturesque forest, with the charm of a close knit mountain community. Both Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead are only a few minutes away and in between an abundance of trails for adventure seekers and off road enthusiasts.We offer high-speed internet for those wishing to work from the comfort of the cabin! A large 55" TV is situated above the fireplace with cable television, for those Netflix and chill nights. The fireplace is available for our guests use, however guests must supply their own firewood. We gladly welcome pet companions, however they must be approved prior to arrival.This wonderful little cabin is not just a vacation rental property, it is also our personal home during the offseason. First floor- living room with pull out couch full bed, outdoor enclosed sunroom, patio, bathroom, kitchen Second floor-loft with trundle style single day bed (two singles) and one bedroom with a king size bed -During winter snow weather please be aware you may need vehicle chains to come up the mountain if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle with snow tires or all wheel drive. -During High winds and Extreme Weather situations, for safety reasons, power company (Edison) may shut off electricity to town for indefinite time. -If power is ever shut off during the cold season , please use all gas fireplace (electricity, not needed) located in the corner of living room. -During summer fire restrictions no bonfire or charcoal grills -Sunroom has zero privacy due to it being a room with large windows designed to allow in a lot of sunlight and a place to enjoy the scenery. Pet rules -only 2 dogs per stay, max weight 20 lbs per pet -$40/night per pet -furry friends aren’t allowed on furniture (ie. couches, beds, etc.) -do not leave your furry friends unsupervised or alone in the home -please pick up after your pet inside and outside House Rules - No shoes allowed inside -Smoking is allowed only in back yard area away from patio and sunroom. Ashes should be disposed of responsibly. Forest fire awareness area. -Maximum number of people allowed to stay at rental is 6 people no exceptions -No diving or jumping into jacuzzi -No food in jacuzzi -Cover jacuzzi with proper jacuzzi lid and clips after use. High wind area. -When done using the jacuzzi please lower temperature to 80 degrees and turn off. -No extremely loud music. Please be courteous to neighbors across the street. -Do not move furniture from designated areas

The Perch is about 4 acres of peaceful land off Route 189 in Twin Peaks. We're about 90 minutes from LA, 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory, 15 minutes Sky Forest and 40 minutes closer to LA than Big Bear. There is a barn and open field, 12 individual cabins and a forested area and as long as there is no event going on, our guests are free to roam the property. It's a simple, rustic, beautiful setting. You might hear coyotes and owls, bluejays. robins and bluebirds, and if you're really lucky, you may even spot a bear (hopefully not too close!)

Creekside Vintage Cabins w/hot tubs

Both on the same dirt road across the street from each other, separate properties, both with their own private hot tubs, kitchen, claw foot tub in bathroom, heating. Rent separate or rent both and bring your friends! Here are the special additions at each cabin: Creekside Cabin: 468 sq. ft, a beautiful deck backing up to the national forest, with propane fire pit(you supply your own propane tank), and charcoal bbq(you bring your own charcoal), overlooking fresh water creek, outdoor shower, large fireplace, open floor plan, living room with cozy queen bed, open to upstairs loft 2 full beds, and a twin bed. This cabin has the option to add the vintage trailer in the driveway June - October only as an additional space. Does not have electricity, bathroom or heating for $75 per day. Trailer not available other times of the year due to cold night temps. Vintage 1937 Cabin: larger indoor space 1304 sq. ft. , a rock front patio, Wood stove in living room, open to upstairs loft 2 full beds, private large bedroom with another wood stove w/ queen bed and twin fold out couch, laundry room, enclosed patio with gas bbq, and a charcoal bbq on front patio(you supply your own charcoal).. Both cabins: Require 4 wheel drive and chains or two wheel drive and chains during winter storm snow days due to remote location. Big falls waterfall is just a short hike away, as well as the trailhead for Vivian creek Trail. Come spend time nestled in the Coulter Pines, oaks, and maple trees. Your neighbors are raccoons, and bears, property is situated on the edge of the San Bernardino National Forest at the top of the mountain. You truly feel like you're in the high Sierras just 1.5 hours from Los Angeles. Big Bear Lake is a 45 minute drive away.
