Enjoy a BBQ experience with your loved ones and relax and take in the beautiful moon lit evenings.Green Valley Lake offers seasonal fishing, heavy snow during the winter and a picturesque forest, with the charm of a close knit mountain community. Both Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead are only a few minutes away and in between an abundance of trails for adventure seekers and off road enthusiasts.We offer high-speed internet for those wishing to work from the comfort of the cabin! A large 55" TV is situated above the fireplace with cable television, for those Netflix and chill nights. The fireplace is available for our guests use, however guests must supply their own firewood. We gladly welcome pet companions, however they must be approved prior to arrival.This wonderful little cabin is not just a vacation rental property, it is also our personal home during the offseason. We kindly request and insist that you are respectful of our neighbors, our cabin and household items. Please kindly read and agree with our house rules prior to booking. We're about 90 minutes from LA, 10 minutes from Lake Arrowhead and Lake Gregory, 15 minutes Sky Forest and 40 minutes closer to LA than Big Bear. There is a barn and open field, 12 individual cabins and a forested area and as long as there is no event going on, our guests are free to roam the property. It's a simple, rustic, beautiful setting. You might hear coyotes and owls, bluejays. robins and bluebirds, and if you're really lucky, you may even spot a bear (hopefully not too close!)

Pet rules -only 2 dogs per stay, max weight 20 lbs per pet -$40/night per pet -furry friends aren’t allowed on furniture (ie. couches, beds, etc.) -do not leave your furry friends unsupervised or alone in the home -please pick up after your pet inside and outside House Rules - No shoes allowed inside -Smoking is allowed only in back yard area away from patio and sunroom. Ashes should be disposed of responsibly. Forest fire awareness area. -Maximum number of people allowed to stay at rental is 6 people no exceptions -No diving or jumping into jacuzzi -No food in jacuzzi -Cover jacuzzi with proper jacuzzi lid and clips after use. High wind area. -When done using the jacuzzi please lower temperature to 80 degrees and turn off. -No extremely loud music. Please be courteous to neighbors across the street. -Do not move furniture from designated areas
