Prospector Ranch which is an 1800's style ranch located right next door to the acre used for Hipcamping. The ranch is made up of their home and is also a venue for filming, photo shoots and small events. When not being used, camping guest are welcome to enjoy the area down around the authentic saloon, use the picnic area under large Oak trees and hike the property. They purchased the ranch 3 years ago and love being outside of the city in the mountains. Star gazing is a must when staying there! The camp site is NEXT DOOR to Prospector Ranch which is our 1800's style ranch tucked away in the Santa Monica mountains, close to beaches, vineyards, amazing hiking, biking to the beach and the city! The wide open empty lot looks out at the beautiful mountains. Enjoy stunning sun sets and Picnic under the grand Oak Trees at the ranch or maybe come by the saloon next door for a cold beverage if we are around. :-). We are happy to point you in the direction for what ever you want to do. There are so many things to do in Thousand Oaks!

Nestled in the hills of idyllic Mount Washington, 5 miles from Downtown Los Angeles, this charming renovated 1968 Streamline "Empress" trailer is there perfect city hide out for your next LA adventure. The perfect size for 2, the trailer is fully equipped with all the basics you'll need for your stay. Enjoy golden hour sunsets on the plant filled patio with an abundance of lounging options as well as a big bbq and outdoor shower! The trailer is on the side of owner Tamarra's house and has a neighbor nearby on the side but is otherwise very private. You will have your own entry and private outdoor patio. Mount Washington is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walk up the hill to the self realization center on a sunny afternoon. Their beautiful grounds are often open to the public to visit and are a great place to meditate. Hip and fun Highland Park neighborhood is just a quick scoot down the hill and has lots of great bars, boutiques, and restaurants. The Gold Line Metro is also located at the bottom of the hill and offers an easy and convenient way to get across town and avoid those congested LA freeways!

Lushly landscaped. 10 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to the city. Not suitable for parties, visitors, or pets. Smoking outside only.  The space A truly one-of-a kind, insanely colorful space. Artful details and architectural antiques abound. Kitchen has a big pink fridge, green gas range, chartruse coffee-maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots, pans, and other basic cooking implements. Bath has shower and private toilet-room. Two closets, dedicated phone line, wifi, and cable television. Immerse yourself inside a hand-painted art-piece created by a life-long visual artist...(that be me).  Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the studio, patios, and driveway. The washer and dryer area outside is shared.  Other things to note FILMING AND PHOTOSHOOTS ARE NOT A PART OF A "PACKAGE-DEAL" WHEN A GUEST BOOKS THE STUDIO.
