At the "Platform of Pleasure" you will enjoy 100,000+ acre views of protected land looking North to the High Sierra, minutes away from downtown Nevada City and 15 miles from Yuba River Trailheads. Firewood bundles are $15 per bundle (2+ hours of campfire when campfires 🔥 are allowed). There is a $15.00 dog fee per dog/per stay. On our property like anywhere in the woods there are mosquitos, so you should bring bug spray. We offer a tent platform, as well as a canvas tent listing. Guests love staying here: "From the moment we arrived Chris was nothing but amazing. He helped us get settled in and even recommended some beautiful spots to hike/sight see. They are both so generous! The campsite beautiful and they did a very nice job supplying us with any materials we may need. Definitely coming back during the summer!"

We are blessed to be within minutes of many renown Yuba River swimming holes and breathtaking trails for hiking and biking. Nearby Bullards Bar Reservoir is a popular lake for boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing and more. In the winter, we are close to a number of ski resorts and winter sports activities. Our completely fenced Group Camping Area on top of a knoll with breathtaking views offers eight plus camping sites and accommodates up to 32 campers. An 18 foot long banquet table and benches is ideal for group meals. The oversized fire pit can seat your entire group. Dogs are permitted (with strict rules) within the fenced camping area. Included in the rental of the campground is the use of the community Kitchen and Bathhouse. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, a stovetop and oven, BBQ, pots/pans and dishes (plates, bowls, cups, silverware) that serve 30. The triple sink makes clean-up easy. The bathhouse has two private showers, two private toilets and a double sink. Bring your own towels and toiletries. Outside the Group Camping Area are multiple RV sites from partial to full hookup. A furnished yurt and tent platform with two dome tents are also available to rent. Within walking distance, we offer several 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cabins with propane heat and AC. THESE CAN BE ADDED AS EXTRAS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING! A short walk to our newly renovated lodge fills the needs of those that want a little more pampering. The lodge accommodates up to 20 people with a commercial-style kitchen that can feed up to 50 people comfortably. Private Queen suites are available. The upstairs is a favorite of our kids with plenty of beds for an awesome sleep over. When you rent the lodge, to compliment your experience, we have a 1000 sq. ft. yoga studio (used for movement, meditation, and classes), a 1700 sq. ft. open-air pavilion (receptions, presentations, musical presentations) and a celebration terrace for weddings and life events worth celebrating.
