The space This modern, farm house style apartment has a full kitchen with new appliances. The accommodations include one queen bed in the bedroom, a twin bunk bed, and a queen sofa bed. A portable baby crib is available on request. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer. The balcony overlooking the barn yard has an outdoor dining table, grill and smokeless fire pit. The apartment has free WiFi and smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Guest access We are located on 22 acres near Hot Springs National Park. The property ranges from our beautiful, clear creek to the wooded hilltop. Guests are able to roam the property, the barnyard, picnic and relax anywhere on the property except our front yard. Two picnic areas are located along the creek. One is near the driveway and the other is more secluded and accessible by walking a short trail. Other things to note The property is on a dirt road and there is a one lane bridge to cross. We live onsite and travel it everyday in a minivan. WiFi is available inside and next to the apartment. It's adequate for streaming but may go out during a storm. Cell service can be limited in the area depending on your service provider.
