The site comes with 50 amp hookups, water and sewer. The site does not include trash removal and monthly guests will by billed for electricity usage

Hiking up to Telegraph Pass is 2 minutes! ATV trails are 50' from the property. We are in a 55+ area but short term families are welcome. The Colorado River and Martinez and Mittry Lakes are nearby for boating, fishing, and tubing. Lots of activities in downtown Yuma. Enjoy the beautiful winter weather and the gorgeous sunsets from a private lot.

High Tanks Brewing Co is open November-April, Thu-Sun. Keep an eye out for beavertail cactus, wild burros, the famous bighorn sheep and thousands of migratory birds. Hike through the mountains to see great views from above. Dip your line in the Colorado River to catch your dinner. No Pop-up campers, Campervans, or Cars Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them.
