Site#1 has Full Hook Up - Running water, sewage RV Hookup of 30amp and 50amp electricity, for $45. Site#2 and Site#3 are side by side. They have running water and priced at $25. each. These two Sites are better for tents or a small trailer. A personal generator may be used but only during certain hours. These are lovely spots with shade trees, so pretty. There are lots of mature Juniper trees and some Pine trees that provide shade on the property. Often we experience a lovely breeze. We live a mile off of 260 on a rugged dirt road. We keep the Entrance Gate locked for safety and security. We are located on 2 acres and have a garden and a green house where we grow a large variety of vegetables. We only accept trailers and fifth wheels of 21 feet or less on site #2 and #3. There is a Chicken House and a rooster and we have plenty of farm fresh eggs that are available to purchase. 0ur home is tucked away 1 mile off the 260 Hwy. on a rugged dirt road. Show Low City Park Aquatic Center has 6 lane 25-yard pool with an adjoining leisure pool featuring zero-depth entry, Spray Fountain, Water Slide, Indoor Spa. Show Low was named by the turn of a Card. A ranch of nearly 100,000 acres jointly owned by Marion Clark and Croydon Cooley a U.S. army scout. According to legend, sometime around 1876, the partners decided that there was not enough room for both of them and one of them should leave. They decided to settle this issue over a game of "Seven Up" (with the winner taking the ranch and the loser leaving.) After the game seemed to have no winner in sight the game reached it's climax when Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." At this point Cooley turned up the deuce of clubs, and declared "Show Low" it is! Show Low is a city in Navajo County, Arizona among the lush green ponderosa pine forestland and along Arizona's Mogollon Rim at an elevation of 6,345 feet. Show Low is now the largest city in the White Mountains of northeastern Arizona. Show Low is also the business hub and marketing center of the area. Love Red Lodge

3 sites · RVs, Tents42 acres · Winslow West, AZ
This property has been a dream come true! It's a 42.22 acre property in the high desert of Navajo County, AZ. It is currently the home to my tiny house project (not currently available to rent, but hopefully it will be soon!) and eventually it'll be home to a small vineyard. It is peaceful, calm, and has beautiful views all around. The terrain is rolling grassland with junipers and nearby canyons. Learn more about this land:This is NOT a glamping experience. This is a primitive, remote, off-grid, starry night experience.Camp out on my beautiful, open ranch land with wide views including the San Francisco Peaks to the west. The stars are beautiful and most nights you can see at least 1 planet. The space is rolling grassland with junipers throughout. A wash runs through my property, with slab rocks and lots of wildlife - see jackrabbits, deer, coyotes, and even the extremely endangered Mexican Grey Wolf. Access a side canyon of Chevelon Canyon by taking about a 1/2 mile walk from the property (directions can be provided!) to get some exercise in and explore a beautiful Arizona canyon. Native American artifacts have been known to be found in the area - if you find any on the property please admire them and leave them in place :).Select your tent spot anywhere on the property. You have 42 acres to choose from! There are spots where we've had several large tents set up at once just west of the tiny house, down the hill from the stone fire ring on the property. There are also several more spots up hill and between junipers - explore and find your spot! RVs would be best to part in the circular driveway near the tiny house. There aren't other formal roads on the property at this time. There is a tiny house on the property as well as several in-progress art pieces. See the pictures for more details! The tiny house is not currently available for rent, but I expect that down the line I might be able to make it available for Hipcampers. The property is part of Chevelon Canyon Ranch, a ranch with privately owned 40+ acre parcels. There is a ramada and community well, and the dirt roads are maintained by the association. During the drier times of the year the property is accessible by cars, but during rainy seasons and other times of rough weather it's best to access with a higher clearance vehicle. FWD is not usually necessary. The ranch is located about an hour north of Heber, AZ, 3.5 hours from Phoenix.Cell signal is very limited throughout the ranch. My property is positioned with some of the best reception in the ranch, so if you're on Verizon you will likely have a weak to moderate signal most of your stay. Most other carriers (particularly TMobile and Sprint) will have little to no signal after leaving the pavement. Enjoy the disconnected time!

Open Fields Forever HE>i

1 site · Lodging1 acre · Sun Valley, AZ
This is a nice spot on a gentle slope that overlooks the beautiful plateaus of Petrified Forest National Park. There is a convenient store located over the bridge, south of the Sun Valley exit off the 40 freeway. Very light locals through traffic. Sits on a hill, further away from all the other homes. Sometimes you can expect wild horses, jack rabbits and cows at a safe distance. Also highway noise depending on direction of wind. Here you can enjoy amazing star gazing and shooting stars on a dark night with no moon. This upgraded spot now has lots more amenities than before. This is an adorable 10x10 non-insulated shed/cabin with one bunk bed above sofa bed, refrigerator, coffee counter top with cabinet storage dishes, pots and pans and utensils. You can also enjoy an indoor wood burning stove or a Portable Buddy heater and a two burner Coleman stove with propane tank, hot or cold running water and sink. We provide a double cartridge toilet that flushes. Enjoy the outdoor patio area with two hammocks, coffee table and chairs, two bonfire pits and even a large dog pen for your small traveling buddies to enjoy. More pictures to come soon. Owner is always on site unless you request otherwise, more privacy.

Burnett Acres

99 sites · RVs, Tents40 acres · Winslow, AZ
Hello! I have a total of 60 acres with split parcel one 20 acres the other one 40 acres. The 20 acres is remote you can get to by heavy duty truck or walking of course or hiking. Private road is rough terrain. Once your there property is not rough but an opening to beautiful raw land! Gorgeous Mountain View’s are breath taking! All the privacy you want for off grid camping suggest tents and small campers only. 4 miles down the road. I own 40 more acres totally drive up accessibility. You can dry dock with your RV, camper, tent, ect…all the privacy you want just you and nature! As everyone know Arizona is known for the heat in the summer time. Not a problem! Where my properties are located gets around 70s 80s maybe 90 in degrees in summer with a beautiful cool breeze that drops to perfect cool sleeping weather at night! Which compared to some areas in Arizona that reaches 110 degrees and above. Even winter months are short and not that cold, 50- 40 degrees. Very mild winters but with light snow! Have both of best worlds in beautiful Arizona! Enjoy cooking outdoors and sleeping under the stars! You will love it!! Right down the road you will have access to Clear Lake with great amenities!! From boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, cliff diving, water skiing, jet skiing with bathroom facility, none on property. There is so many wonderful amenities and sites to see in the surrounding areas too many to mention! Mountains are beautiful and vast! I’m sure you will never get bored so much to see and do! Or on the other hand if you want peace and tranquility the property offers that as well! Have to bring your own toilet accommodations on property. For a small fee you can use Clear lake bathroom accommodations and showering. Suggest you still have your own toilet accommodations on property. Or if in RV or camper shower accommodation. Both properties totally off grid and dry docking! Just beautiful raw land! Same beautiful mountain views simply back to nature on both properties! No limit to your stay as long as you pay you stay! Both properties are vast in space so you will have total privacy! Only a 20 minute drive to the nearby town of Winslow to gather up your supplies! We just ask you treat it kindly. Enjoy your stay!
