We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country. We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. We truly enjoyed our 28 day stay here. Bob and Cindy were available when needed yet they did not interfere with our stay. The site gave us plenty of room as well as all the requirements for a full hook up. One word of caution would be to make sure and supervise your children walking about as it is a desert and many cacti in the area. They have placed some creatures throughout and finding them was a surprise. Do visit if you can and we will certainly do so again if in this area. Thanks Bob and Cindy for creating this awesome space.

Julie’s property is private, clean and well maintained. This was our 3rd stay at this property and we look forward to the stay every time. We always have a relaxing time while we are on property and enjoy the views and all of the scenery near by. I have had the best time here for a month long stay - the space has shade and cement platforms, firepits, water and electric. The groundskeeper is super responsive and upkeeps the property perfectly! Office/Shop w plenty of goodies. And spacious laundry room! Clean bathrooms w spacious showers. Gorgeous sunsets and charming chicken coop w emus. Excellent spot! Not much privacy for tenting - lots of vehicles driving past at all times lol but that is just a sign of a healthy RV camping resort! Thank you!!!!!

I stayed at Site #1 and was immediately impressed by how thoughtfully everything was set up. The space is huge with wide-open views, and the little details—like the soft nighttime lighting—make it feel both beautiful and functional after dark. It’s just bright enough to see without taking away from the calm, peaceful vibe. Even though I never met the host in person, he was absolutely amazing. We texted back and forth quite a bit, and when I ran into an issue with my 30-amp plug, he walked offered to let me come up to his property to use his own plug adapter. That level of support really meant a lot. I highly, highly recommend this place. It’s quiet, calming, and incredibly relaxing—exactly what I needed.

This spot was fantastic!! Nice and private on our part and the hosts part. We did not feel like we were intruding on her space and she kept her distance making us feel like it was our own private spot. The views were beautiful. It was nice being in town and close to everything but not feeling like we were in the middle of the city! The animals were a huge bonus. Our boys loved seeing them and hearing them every morning. The communication was fantastic. The rules/expectations were very clear and reasonable. We will definitely keep this in mind for future travels.

Nice enough place. Nothing fancy here. Just a big backyard with some shade and grass. The flowers and shade do make it comfortable. A few vehicles stored here and there. It meets the need for a decent place to stay for a couple of nights and the people are very friendly and accommodating. I can't give it a rave review but I don't really have anything bad to say either. It gets the job done and I would stay again if needed.

Jared was a great host, his property was perfect for our needs. A nice larger property with a country feel, but right in the middle of the city and close to all. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended!

Leland was super accommodating and a thoughtful host. Her location is conveniently located close to old town Scottsdale. She has sweet animals to observe.
