Joe and Megan are very hospitable and friendly Their site and outhouse were very clean. And they had a wonderful hot shower and fresh towels. There was firewood available at a bargain. Totally recommend this place!

This place is *spotless* - I didn’t see any micro trash. Bathrooms are sparkling. Shower is probably the cleanest camp shower I’ve ever seen (and the water is HOT, with fresh towels provided daily). My site has some mild road noise during the day but it was not bothersome at night at all. Firewood is inexpensive and easy to get from the shed. Host is very communicative. Definitely enjoyed my stay here.

Stump Creek is a great property, I'd highly recommend it! We stayed in the Prospector Tent which was spacious and clean. The hosts were super nice and accommodating and there was even a breakfast included with our stay which was an amazing little touch.

Stump Creek was a great little find. Joe and Megan were so welcoming, stopping by to say hello and chat. The bathroom and shower areas were pristine, the view was amazing, and this is a great place to stay when in Alaska. It's just over an hour to Wrangell-St. Elias NP and 30 minutes from Lake Louise. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful area! We stayed in the Miner tent for a night and the hosts thought of everything you might need. Breakfast was delicious, the shower on site was warm and cozy, and just an all around positive experience. Definitely recommend!

This new site is great!!!! It’s a little more tucked away. The fire ring area was separate from the tent space and the picnic table was nicely placed. I’d also like to mention the smaller gravel for comfort on the tent pad.
Stump Creek is getting bigger and better all the time. The host is constantly making improvements and the hospitality is unmatched.

Joe and Megan were the best hosts you can ask for. Their communication and interactions were exactly what first timers needed. The tent was warmed when arrived. They brought bfast in the morning which was delish especially the fruit. The location was secluded and had an enjoyable trail walk. They assisted with a request which made the experience even better. We would def come back. The outhouse was clean too!! Thanks for a memorable experience.
