Amenities Back-in RV Sites Fire Pit Pet Friendly Pets Allowed Picnic Table Water Hookups Rules ATVs No ATV's etc on our property. You can drive them on the road etc but not off roading on the property. Marsh The marsh is a home for wild life please dont disturb Pets Pets need to be leashed at all times. We have quite a bit of wildlife here from birds to rabbits and don't like them chased. Plese also always clean up after your pet. wild life please no not bother the wild life, Loons, Cranes, etc...they are here to live, nest and raise their young.... Boulders and Stones Please do not throe boulder's or stones into the lake. 1 you'll bother the lake live 2. we paid lots of money to bring it in to make this a nice place. Private Dock Our private dock is for fishing and loading and unloading of boats only. Its not a play place for kids. Quiet Time Quiet time is from 10PM til 8 AM No Dogs barking, Kids running and playing loud Siting on fire having adult conversations not bothering neighbors is acceptable Guest If you have any guest, they need to leave the facility by 8 pm. Guests are not allowed to stay the night. Kids Kids and pets cannot be left unattended kids must be accompanying by an adult at all times.

I'm a former biologist and educator with current aspirations to grow food for communities and to restore our small scale food networks - Your Stay Will Definitely Help in my efforts! The sites are conveniently located within walking distance of Cook Inlet beach access and Deep Creek. Take a short drive and you could find yourself at the Ninilchik River, in the heart of the historic town of Ninilchik, or just stopped at one of the many pulloff view sites to enjoy the Alaskan wonders of the area. Ninilchik hosts incoming enthusiasts every year with so much to offer throughout the season including: -Beach access (free) -Volcano viewing (free) -Moose viewing (free) -Farmers markets (free) -Boat excursions -Bear viewing -Fishing -Rodeos -Kenai Peninsula Fair -Salmonfest music festival (Aug 2-4) -Sacred Acre music festival (Sep 6-8) Homer (~45 minute drive south) is one of the larger cities in the area. It has the CLOSEST domestic AIRPORT. Homer is a lively, faster paced, and stunning neighbor with many modern conveniences and tons of epic experiences to find near the bay. Kenai (~55 minute drive north) is another large city in the area and also has a domestic AIRPORT. Kenai along with neighboring Soldotna host lots of events including farmers markets, concerts, and live sporting events. All proceeds will be managed by Agrarian Cooperative; my personal business I formed in the summer of 2023 to create and support more private food vendors and farmers markets on the Kenai Peninsula. You will enjoy the simple pleasures and solitude in a peaceful coastal town while also supporting small scale farmers and local business. 5. Beautiful Bay View Bluff Cabin

12x14 cabin on the bluff with bay view. ONe queen bed and pull out single Mattress. Saturday and-Sunday only for rental only, possibly some Mondays. Theres a pathway down to get to the cabin but its a very short walk. Maybe 150 yards. Wonderful view of Kachemak Bay. sits on the bluff above the ocean its VERY steep and 700 or so feet to the bottom. There is an outhouse not too far from the cabin. But its dry cabin so bring your own drinking water, but there is electricity and I'll stock with paper utensils and plates. just text or call with any questions. (907)299-4629.

Loved our stay at the cabin. Beautiful view as well. Margit was very friendly and accommodating. The only recommendation I have is to put up some curtains. Will stay again if in the area!

2 nights at BRIDGE CABIN at Bear Creek Lodge

We loved the cozy cabin, the wood fired cook stove, the beautiful river right next to it, and all of the very helpful kind staff, would stay there again and again if we could! Sauna was an especially nice feature after rafting six mile river. No running water or working stove other than wood fired one, be ready to go back in time a bit, but everything you need is just over the bridge at the main cafe building
