Owner was very kind and flexible with us. But it was all much smaller than the pictures appeared. The state of the lake which was more like a pond was not swimmable, murkey, muddy and low. I felt that the main selling point of their post should mention that it was not how it appeared. The surrounding area is quite nice, but its also next to a road, many cars were driving through frequently.

Tim was very accommodating and helpful. There was a larger group at the time there, but we didn’t really notice too much. Overall great place to get away for a bit

If you’re looking for a relaxed and peaceful campground then this is the place for you! Tim is very easy to work with and talk to. He is very hospitable and welcomes you with a big heart. If you forget anything at all he’ll more than likely have it there for you for back up. He has a fun little pond and a fantastic view. Best place I’ve camped at in a while and am definitely coming back!

Cute and quiet
We had a great time camping here with my husband and 2 dogs; the Lakeview campsite I think is by far the best spot, as we had a great view and it’s the most private patch! I wouldn’t call the body of water a lake, it’s more like a small reservoir, but nevertheless it was nice to look at! Tim was very friendly and welcoming, we would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great place for friends
I recently visited Tim’s site for my birthday with 5 of my friends. Honestly not what I was expecting Tim provides you with bikes to ride around on as well for a canoe to use in the pond. the scenery was great he comes to visit with his dog belle and makes sure you have a campfire going during the night. There is a propane grill to cook on he also provides you with coolers and other essential equipment in case you had forgotten definitely would visit again!!
