Yeti Sanctuary
Camped here 2 nights. Upong arrival we were skeptical about place. Right on road and sites close together. Originally was to be in Yeti. Tim moved us to accommodate an RV over to Lakeside too. Lakeside too was better spot in my opinion as Yeti is closest to road. So dust and noise. There is a fair amount of traffic.
Lakeside too is close to fire pit and more room.
It's a communal fire pit. We got lucky the 1st night and had fire pit to ourselves. 2nd night someone rented out the cabin next to fire pit and set up their home around the campfire. So it felt weird and rude to go over in their space.
So for me would much rather have own fire pit at site.
We didn't use communal toilet. Took our own buckets.
Overall it was a clean and nice space. Tim was nice and had good conversation.

Lakeside cabin
Autumnal camping!
My partner and I had an amazing time camping on Tim’s land! We had the lakeside cabin site and absolutely loved the surrounding area, as well as the cabin itself! We went at the perfect time to view the autumn colors, and the stars at night were breathtaking. We would highly recommend the yeti sanctuary!

Great owner
The owner put us in a spot we fit in better than the one we rented. We enjoyed our stay, saw lots of deer right outside our door and met the owners dog, who was the cutest.

Tim is very helpful and accommodating, My trailer would not fit into the spot that we originally reserved, he moved us into a spot we could fit into. Very scenic location, aspens were golden, deer passing through, and the stars at night were awesome. Had a peaceful, quiet time. Tim gets you where you need and then leaves you be. He is on the property, passing by on his 4 wheeler ready to help if needed. Pretty much off the grid.
