Trail and Hitch Tiny Home Hotel and RV Park is on 20 acres with the 8 tiny homes on the back of the property. The land is across the White River, 2 miles from downtown Meeker, a bike ride away from mountain biking trails and ON 250 miles of OHV trails. The 8 tiny homes are spread out in a circle surrounding 2 large firepits and a covered deck with a long farmhouse table. The tiny homes can be booked individually or as a group of 4 or 8.
This campsite offers a blend of privacy and community, making it a delightful spot for campers. Many guests appreciated the beautiful scenery and the variety of on-site activities. The tiny homes are praised for their design and amenities, while the campgrounds provide clean facilities and friendly staff. However, some reviews noted issues with light pollution affecting stargazing experiences.
Overall the campsite was fine. The campsite was not as private as expected. It was loud due to people riding 4 wheelers and other things nearby and around the campsite. The bathrooms were good but the showers only had cold water.
We would love to leave a review for this Hipcamp site, however, we used the OPEN IN MAPS link which took us somewhere not to the Hipcamp site. It was late in the day, we were miles out onto BLM land, so we just pitched our tent there. Our suggestion would be, beware of this link, make it to camp safe, and enjoy their amenities as I am sure it would be wonderful.
Nice campground with beautiful views of the mountains. The private bathrooms were very clean, there was a playground for the kids and we enjoyed sitting by the large fire pit to watch the sunset. Would recommend!
