Escape to our tranquil 66-acre family homestead, where the welcome mat is out for campers seeking serenity amidst nature's embrace. With trails for hiking and biking, ample camping spots to pitch a tent under the stars, and the promise of true disconnection from the digital world, our retreat beckons those yearning for a genuine getaway. The Dolores river is right across the street, listen for the soothing sound of flowing waters or bring your fishing pole. We invite guests to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with the simplicity of outdoor living.
Beautiful, remote spot. We timed it perfectly for the fall colors and weren’t disappointed. The mess provided lovely vistas and a feeling of solitude although the hosts were just down the hill. There is intermittently very weak cell service so plan accordingly. We were able to let our dogs run and play until the cows came home (literally).
I took my 19ft trailer up to the mesa without issue for those considering bringing a trailer. I think a bigger trailer might be challenged by the hill, the tree and the sharp turn.

Tanya and Stacy were so kind and helpful during our stay! Beautiful property right off the road, but the sound of the river was usually all we heard. Lots of options for places to camp!
