Featuring… FURNISHED walk-in tents with luxury bedding and towels in an aspen grove (our 6 tents sleep 5-6 each, 33 total) … AWE-INSPIRING views of the continental divide and surrounding San Juan Mountains … BEAUTIFUL HIKES on and off the ranch (we're bordered by San Juan National Forest and Wilderness areas, one trail is near tentyard, others nearby) … 450-ACRE cattle ranch blanketed by beautiful trees including aspen and cherished Ponderosa Pines (you gotta smell one!) where wild elk pass through and a myriad of wildlife make their home … JAW-DROPPING night skies blanketed with stars … 1930S RESTORED BARN packed with amenities for glampers and gatherings, including full kitchen, billiards, shuffleboard, giant jenga, multiple lounge areas, flatscreen tv, satellite cable, movie screen w/ projector and wifi. OUTDOOR GAMES, dining tables and giant firepit with s'mores sticks and blankets on the barn grounds. Bathrooms: tentyard features walled hot-water shower with sky view of aspens, plus adjacent/enclosed half bath; barn features two half baths and private shower.

Stunning Glamping in San Juan Mtns

Majestic Hipcamp

We had a great stay at this beautiful Hipcamp. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, and each tent had a heater if the nights got chilly. We arrived at night, and accessing the barn to warm up food and enjoy games after our meal was easy. In the morning, we woke to the most beautiful scenery, with elk grazing in the fields. Sandlin cooked us a delicious breakfast, and we relaxed and enjoyed being out in nature before heading into town to enjoy the hot springs. Highly recommend staying here!

Stunning Glamping in San Juan Mtns

Gorgeous and so comfortable!

Sandlin's ranch is absolutely GORGEOUS! And the tents and barn are completely beautiful and so cozy. I've honestly never slept in a more comfortable bed. Sandlin made breakfast for us every morning and we had full access to a complete kitchen, including fridge and freezer, to cook anything else we wanted. We loved drinking coffee under the huge aspen trees, watching the horses and cows, and just cozying up in the (beautifully decorated) tents. Also there are great hikes right near the property - we loved Opal Lake!

Stunning Glamping in San Juan Mtns

Incredibly beautiful setting, very comfortable beds, a true luxury Glamping experience! We Will definitely be back!
