Peace, quiet, solitude!
The location of Miranda's site is very private and secure, and the land around the area is beautiful. The site itself is very primitive and undeveloped, but the few cows in the open field and nearby woods are friendly! They have names, and the one with eyebrows was memorable. They are still trying to prep the site better, and get a porta-potty on site, but for now they did provide makeshift facilities. I'll post a few drone pictures I took so you can get a feel for the site, and the awesome 400-foot-high picturesque cliffs nearby. If you like peace and quiet and solitude and great natural views, and are self-contained for all your needs, this place works well.

Trophy Class Hilton
An Outdoor Lovers Paradise!
I absolutely loved my stay on Miranda's land! The views were beautiful, and the directions were clear. She is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home! We loved the amenities provided at the Trophy Class Hilton. There is a clean detached bath/shower house right next to the bunkhouse, maps of local outdoor recreation areas, a coffee bar, convection oven, crock pot, radio, potable water, picnic table, outdoor cooking area, and more! We truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We decided to get a dozen farm fresh eggs from Miranda which were so delicious! This property is perfect for an outdoor recreation enthusiast because it has access to 100,000+ acres of public land directly from the property. Bring your mountain bike, dirt bike, or just go hiking! Everywhere you look, you are greeted with stunning views of Colorado's red rock country and Utah is only a short 10 miles away from the property. There are popular hiking trails nearby like Miracle Rock and the Potholes, as well as all of the trails in the Colorado National Monument a short drive away. I could not recommend this place enough!

We ended up staying in the Trophy Class Hilton bunkhouse since the cabins are snowed in during the winter months. We loved the amenities provided at the Trophy Class Hilton.
