Great Hosts!
The location was perfect for our day excursions, we had plenty of privacy and Bob and Brooke were wonderful hosts!! They saved our bacon when we had some car trouble!

Host was very helpful
We are first time travel trailer owners and this was a great place to give it a “test run”. Our host was very helpful and kind. He taught us so much about the camper that we probably wouldnt know otherwise and we learned a lot! He definitely did not have to do that for us so we were grateful. Our dogs got to be off leash so that was nice as well. Definitely give them a call before you book to get a layout of the camp sites so you’re aware of what it will be like and be prepared. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re new to camping and might need some assistance!

Pine Grove Drive
Far enough off the highway to reduce noise. Forest feel. Full hook-ups were great. It is a real nice property with a lot of room and a view of Pikes Peak. Close to town for conveniences. Short drive to Deckers for fishing.

The Best Hipcamper Site Ever
Bob was a super host! He has a great vision for fixing up his beautiful 12 acres. My dog, is a 21 month old Bernedoodle, and she had the time of her life. She ran around the property without a leash, for the first time in her life. We will definitely be back! Thank you Bob for everything! Larry and Sherry
