For a unique lodging experience, deep within the Medicine Bow National Forest, the Keystone Ranger Station offers visitors recreation and relaxation.

The cabin once served as the District headquarters for the Keystone Ranger District, and has been remodeled to preserve the historic value of the cabin while adding a few comfortable modern amenities. In the summer you can access the Keystone Ranger Station by car, and in the winter via snowmobiling, skiing or snowshoeing five miles from Albany Snowmobile Parking Lot.

Welcome to our property! This is a very scenic property, that is rich with history. The Virginia Dale Stage Station is about three miles away and the overland trail has several branches going through here. We are also a fifth generation cattle ranch. We are in Wyoming, on Highway 287 between Fort Collins, CO. and Laramie, Wyoming. We are still building out our property with a General store, and Western Themed Town coming soon. We have campsites for RV’s or Tents. We have an amazing 1000 acres to have your own hiking, wildlife, birdwatching, adventure. We have great hiking and wildlife viewing, marmots, pronghorn, antelope, deer, elk, and an occasional moose. Birds of every feather gather here so bring your binoculars. Hikes include balancing boulders and rock formations. Wonderful stargazing, our stars are so bright it seems like you can reach up and touch them. We are a working ranch and do have livestock. Don’t mess with the bull!Firewood, for $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite. The bags make a great trash bag when empty! Do not bring your own firewood, as we don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds. Due to the high volume of people coming in separate vehicles, after two vehicles per site, its $10.00 per vehicle extra per night. We have portable outhouses available.

We wished we could better access and appreciate the amazing views on the east side so we built two off grid cabins and a campsite. Little Cabin with a view

Cozy, rustic, dry, one room mountainside cabin with outhouse, sits under the wide open Wyoming sky. (Has electricity, electric heat) View sunsets and star filled skies from the front patio. A microwave, mini fridge, propane grill allow for simple meals to be prepared. The Little Cabin offers a mountainside basecamp, getaway, vacation or over night travel stop 30 miles from LARAMIE, WY, I80, WY 130, US 287 and Co 125. 2.5 miles from Woodslanding on WY 230. Depending on the time of year there are various outdoor activities nearby to enjoy. Hiking, Fishing, Snow Shoeing, Cross Country skiing. There are Mountain Lakes, Plains Lakes, the Big Laramie River, Snowy Range Down Hill Ski Area all with in a 60 mile radius. There is public access to the Big Laramie River across the highway where you can fish or walk the public access path that runs along side it. Saratoga, WY, natural Hot Springs are about 90 miles West and makes for a beautiful drive. Snowy Range Mountain offers a down hill ski area, trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Star gazing from the Little Cabin or Gazebo is amazing. There is no light pollution which allows a view of the stars some have never seen.

Welcome to Camp Rendezvouz! We are in Wyoming, on Highway 287 between Fort Collins, CO. and Laramie, WY. When you book, make sure you are committed as we have a strict cancellation policy. We are making this campground more for families and family reunions, or friends that want to be together yet have your own space. It’s high with trees and rocks, beautiful views and amazing starry nights. Camp sites 1 2 3 4 are fairly close together for a family or to circle the wagons. Very nice close hike to a creek. Camp site's 5 and 6 are secluded. They would be best for someone who is self contained, as they don’t have an outhouse nearby. Sites 7 8 9 have some seclusion. Site's 10 11 12 13 14 15 are perfect for families, where you can all be together but separate. We are a work in progress but we will try to accommodate anything you may need. Please talk to us! We have firewood $7.00 per bag delivered to your campsite. Do not bring your own firewood. We don’t want more pine beetles and noxious weeds. More than 2 vehicles per site $10.00 per vehicle per night. A vehicle pulling a trailer counts as 1. A motor home pulling a car or trailer counts as 1. We look forward to hosting you!

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE RESTROOM USE, NUMBER 1 OR 2! If you are a tent camper you must have a portable toilet to use inside your tent and must pack it out with YOU. If you do not arrive with the appropriate toilet amenities or are seen using the restroom outside, you will be told to leave the property immediately and will not be refunded. There is a liability waiver copied at the bottom, by booking you are acknowledging and agreeing to that contract. One of the first things you'll notice is our friendly horses, who roam the property freely and are likely to come greet you during your stay. You'll have the opportunity to interact with these majestic animals, feeding them, haltering them, brushing them, and even cleaning their stalls. It's a hands-on experience that will deepen your appreciation for these incredible creatures. Next, you'll have the chance to get up close and personal with our bison. These massive animals are a sight to behold, and you'll have the opportunity to feed them treats, move their grazing pasture, and ensure they have fresh water. It's a rare chance to connect with these iconic animals in a meaningful way. And let's not forget about our chickens! You'll help feed and water them, collect eggs (you'll go home with a half dozen, with more available for purchase), and clean their coop. It's a fun and educational experience that will give you a new appreciation for where your food comes from. Throughout your day at Rebel Ranch, you'll be surrounded by stunning valley and mountain views, creating the perfect backdrop for your farm adventure. We are located 4 miles from Routt National Forest. You'll arrive at the ranch headquarters and we will either take you to the sheep wagon or give you directions to it. The sheep wagon is nestled in an Aspen grove (on 56 acres) with a creek just 12 feet away. From there, you are 1/4 mile away from the national forest and the wilderness. There are thousands of acres to explore, either by hiking , biking or horseback riding. You are also just minutes away from great trout fishing lakes and streams. While here ask about ranch tours and visiting with our sheep, horses, cows and chickens! There will be cattle or sheep on the property with the sheep wagon. Please note that cell phone service is very limited in the area.
