There was originally a camper parked here with a roof over it while the main house was built back in th 1970s. When the home was finished the camper was moved out and it was turned into the cabin. It originally had a wood stove but it was always to hot so we replaced it with an electric heater and at the same time remodeled the interior. It is very comfortable for two to three people as it only has the bunk beds. Additional bedding can be furnished when needed. Included in cabin is a frig, microwave, small closet and dining table with 4 chairs. And a cabinet with pots, pans and silverware for your convenience.Learn more about this land:Country cabin on the treeline at the base of O'tool mt. Across the street from Lk. Roosevelt. Includes bunk beds, frig, microwave, hot plate, coffee pot, toaster, dining table, small closet, firepit with firewood and horseshoe pits with shoes. One mile to boat launch. Ten miles to nearest loaf of bread. Close to logging roads. you will have aprox. one acre to yourself. Quiet and secluded, but we are close by if ever there is anything you need.

However, you can easily walk LeClerc and enjoy the river for free. We have one 110V outlet and potable water next to the camp spot. The camp ground has forest coverage providing ample shade. Please be bear and cougar aware. We have a friendly, Briard/Gordon Setter named Cobi and a Torti cat name Osha, please bring friendly dogs only. We are nearby to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. TTFN!! Nestled between Tonasket and Republic, we welcome visitors to our beautiful and well appointed mini RV Park. We have two 50 amp full hook up sites as well as a third site that welcomes tent campers too. The third site has 30 amps and water, with sewer available as an "Extra" for RVs that want a full hookup. It also has our "Soon to be famous" Beach Outhouse. We love the area and are eager to share the hidden gems that abound here. We will be happy to recommend the finest day drives in the region as well as other adventure advice for our area. The Lazy C does not have cell service. The closest cell service can be obtained 20 miles away in either the town of Tonasket or Republic. That said, wi-fi calling on most cell phones work just fine. NOTE: Complimentary Camp Fire Wood Provided.
