A hammock for reading a book or taking a nap. This cabin is very close to neighbors in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Although the main house sits high above the Cabin we respect your privacy and you will have the grounds all to yourself during your stay. Main house Driveway Parking- about 75 feet away from cabin. Water Wiz water park and Onset beach is only a 5 minute drive away. And only about 10 minute drive to Bourne bridge if you’d like to explore Cape Cod and its many beautiful beaches. Strict 2 person max policy.

The Arrival Bed and Breakfast

The Dock is a dedicated space in our parking lot at The Arrival B&B reserved for guests traveling in self-contained campers and RVs. We are an adults-only property so we don't allow guests traveling with children, but we are dog-friendly. Our parking lot is small and our spaces are standard-width so we can only accommodate rigs that are 25' or less with no slide-outs. This is a back-in spot on gravel for easy leveling. The site includes 30A service, a water hookup, and access to guest WiFi. Weekend rates include breakfast for two, served in our dining room from 8-10am with coffee available from 7am. Guests also have use of The Arrival's common spaces and outdoor areas between 8am and 10pm.

Booth Cottages and Beach

Rustic cottage colony built in the 1940s on 5 acres of beachfront property. 9 cabins range in size from two to four bedrooms. They all have one full bathroom and one outdoor shower. The living area opens into the kitchen which is equipped with basic appliances, dishes and flatware (note: the kitchen equipment is not fancy, so many guests bring their own from home). On the beach side of the cottage is a screened in porch with picnic table for dining and a charcoal grill outside. Guests bring their own food, coffee, bedding, towels, and toiletries. It is important to consider the weather, as there is no temperature control, some nights require heavy clothing and blankets. Guests can bring space heaters and fans. Pets are welcome Ample parking The private beach is a short walk, across the street and down a sandy path. Guests can leave chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, etc. on the beach for the duration of their stay.

Our cabins are used for our non-profit summer camp for children with serious/life threatening illnesses during the summer.
