    Why Bayside Campground of course! With only eight sites (73-80) these grounds are the perfect getaway from all of the hullabaloo. Just make sure your vehicle is not the size of an NBA power forward (roughly 6’8”) or it will not be able to fit underneath the Bahia Honda Bridge. These sites have picnic tables, grills, water and a small bathroom with electricity. Want a little more room to stretch out and relax while you’re on the John? Buttonwood Campground has larger facilities less than a half of a mile away!

    Our family-owned campground offers convenient RV camping options and vacation rentals. We are the closest campground to Key West, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore Key West and the stunning beauty of the Florida Keys. All sites are back-in sites with full hookup and 30/50amp service. Your one vehicle in addition to your RV must fit in your site, We do not have additional parking, otherwise, the car must be parked outside on the right of way. When booking a site, the length of the RV must include a bumper-to-bumper or trailer tongue-to-back bumper length including any type of bike and motorcycle racks. All RVs must be SELF-CONTAINED as we DO NOT HAVE A BATHHOUSE. We recommend parking at the entrance and walking to your site to be able to plan your approach as most sites are best to back in from the entrance. At Leo's, we do not allow third-party drop-off RV service at our campground, due to a conflict of schedule dropping off and picking up equipment. *Prices are based on 1-2 people and do not include 12.5% sales tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a 2-night minimum stay and a 2-night nonrefundable deposit at the time of reservation for Memorial weekend, 4th Of July week, Labor Day weekend, and Holiday break from December 20 to January 1st. There is a 4-night minimum for Fantasy Fest's 10-day celebration, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation and a 50% non-refundable balance is to be paid a month before arrival. Monthly reservations require a $250 nonrefundable deposit at the time of making the reservation, and they can only be made over the phone or in person.

    This 2800 square foot lot is located in a very special resort with a 57 foot seawall to tie your boat up to, kayak off of, or just sit and enjoy your 180 degree unobstructed view of the ocean. Palm trees and tropical foliage separate the lot from neighbors. In fact, the lot has some shade and some sun on it all day long. From here you can explore the third largest coral reef in the world diving, snorkeling, fishing, and going to the the sandbar. You can also enjoy the pool, hot tub, tiki beach, and marina. Some of our favorite things to do are swimming with the dolphins, and para sailing 300 feet up so you can see the whole reef and wild life from above. This very special ocean front lot is available from May 1st-October 31st every year. Please be aware that there is a one time resort fee of $125 which covers all six people in your group. The resort limits six people per campsite. Each site can have one RV (solid sides only), 1 auto, 1 motorcycle, and one golf cart. There is room for boats on the 57 foot sea wall. You will pay $10 to park a trailer or extra vehicle in overflow parking. My wife and I live on the road in a 40 foot diesel pusher and we have never seen a nicer site than this one. Come for an amazing time in paradise.

    Help! I need some advise on camping in September on the Bayside. No electric. I need some pointers on how to make this work being that I finally got into this campground. My email is jayden.loves.mommy@gmail.com. any advise will be helpful. I do not want to cancel but want to make it comfortable.
