Reef Townsite Group Campground

Soot-stained by a past steeped in coal mining, Reef Townsite Campground was once a thriving, albeit dangerous, land of quartzite-riddled mine shafts.

Now retired from its original use, the campground has chiseled out just a few primitive campsites with some offering trailer hook-ups to vehicles under 12 feet long. This spot is equipped with toilets, but you're on your own for drinking water. Hiking and picnic are popular here, and tables 'n' fire rings are located at each single and group site.
