Located just ~15 minutes from downtown Mariposa and ~60 minutes from the Arch Rock (Valley) entrance of Yosemite National Park makes this the perfect home base for your Yosemite vacation. Please enjoy. Site details: - Full hookups - 50 amp service (adapter required for 30 amp service) - No dumpster on property; garbage must be packed out - Fire ban in effect - absolutely no fires, charcoal grills, gas firepits, gas BBQ, gas stove, smoking, fireworks, generators, or other open flames permitted - Site borders a neighbor's backyardThis site is nestled on a quiet residential road in the Sierra Foothills and features an XL (~25ft. x 60ft.) flat pad that sits on its own, nearly 1 acre, partly wooded residential lot. The quiet residential street and proximity to Yosemite National Park (~60 minutes) and historic downtown Mariposa (~15 minutes) make it the perfect home base for all of your Yosemite adventures! The flat pad can be accessed by back-in or pull-in but not pull-through. Please enjoy. Power, water, sewer, peace & quiet
We had power, water, dump station and solitude. We weren’t looking for a social gathering, we were looking for a safe, level place with at least 30 amp power where we could park our RV for a few nights near Yosemite and that is exactly what we found. We didn’t see a soul while we were here for a few nights except for the occasional car that would drive by on the quiet, isolated road nearby. Peace and quiet AND power, water, and a dump station all to ourselves for a great price. What more could we ask for?

Sufficient No Frills RV Site
This is a simple site that has what you need for an RV. It was a little hard to find - the GPS took us past the site and down a different road - but if you just look for the “house” number once you get on the road you’ll be fine.

I'd come back
This site is quiet and the natural grass is well groomed. Lots of wild turkeys are fun to watch. The 50 amp power is great. Smelled like well water. Just bring bottled water to drink and dish. Otherwise, this site is great for a Yosemite trip and grab some breakfast at Steve's Sportsman's Cafe.
