Welcome to Tru-Love Ranch! A stones throw from local State Beaches and a central location for visiting Santa Cruz or Monterey. Camp on our viewing deck that overlooks the wetlands known as Harkin's Slough. It is a bird watchers retreat: we have seen just about everything from a finch to a family of osprey's on our property. There is a small plane airport across the way so those "birds" are fun to watch but can be a bit noisy on sunny weekend days. We are also 15 minutes away from Corralitos Wine Trail and the famous Corralitos Market.

Wetlands Overlook Tent Site

Rob was communicative and friendly and thought of everything. We were so grateful for the marshmallows and the coffee in the morning. He even set up a camp stove if we needed to cook and provided water and bug spray ready. The bed was very comfortable and the view was beautiful! I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Rob!

Glamping Wetlands Overlook

Rob was welcoming and greeted me with a short tour. The site was perfect for me, as a single traveler, and being able to take a walk in the nursery was relaxing. I appreciated waking up to coffee service.

We had an amazing time camping at Rob’s property! It’s so serene and has a gorgeous view and Rob was so kind and welcoming. It was very cozy and felt super safe. Would love to visit again!

Glamping Wetlands Overlook

Great little spot!

Rob is an excellent host, and this little spot is perfect for a few nights. He offered to bring me coffee in the morning, but when I said I don't drink coffee, he asked if I'd like some hot water or tea instead. Feels like you are far away from civilization, but you can go out and get great tacos in minutes. Birds! I saw Black-headed Grossbeak, lots of Acorn Woodpeckers, Red Shouldered Hawk, a whole FAMILY of Osprey, and more. I have a hard time sleeping in new beds, but I found the bed in the tent to be super comfortable! Definitely some airplane noise during "work" hours, but not in the early morning or the evening.
