Experience the tranquility on 3 acres of rural beauty with stunning views of Lake Mathews.
Surrounded by nature, an ecological preserve, amazing sunsets, stars, and a beautiful view of the lake. We are quiet and serene but close to the cities of Corona, Norco, and Riverside. Lake Perris is 20 minutes away and a great place to go swimming, fishing or boating.
Lake Mathews is a private reservoir, so you cannot access the lake, but Lake Perris is a public lake about 20 minutes away for swimming, fishing and boating. There are tons of hiking trails nearby and we are surrounded by ecological preserves. The area is very peaceful and serene.
We are approximately 1-hour drive to:
* Temecula
* Idyllwild
* Palm Springs
* Hollywood
* San Diego
* Laguna/Newport/Huntington Beaches
* Joshua Tree National Park
* Indio/Coachella
* Big Bear Ski ResortThe larger gated site is situated at the back of the property above and behind the main house. It is filled fenced so ideal for those with dogs and kids. It is slightly more private than the lake site and there is still a small view of the lake, especially if in an RV. Access to the shared bathroom and camp shower. There is a hose for water access. No electricity or sewer.
There is a hill to enter the double gate so there is a size limit on RV's of 32 ft. and you must have a vehicle that can make it up the hill. (Images in the listing).
We also have a trampoline near the lake view camping site (jump at your own risk).
We have a rustic open barn hangout area available for $15 per night (per family not per guest) that has a cage with a target for axe/knife throwing (axes and knives ARE NOT provided, you must bring your own and use at your own risk), foosball table, cornhole and a kitchenette are with a sink, small fridge, ice maker, gas and propane grills and microwave.
During the summer you will have access to fresh fruit from our trees, plums, lemons, peaches, etc.
