Hot TubPitch your tent anywhere you like on our 150 acre ranch! This property is perfect for larger groups who want both a house with a kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as room to roam for folks in your group who want to pitch a tent in the great outdoors. You will have the entire property to yourselves! There are no neighbors in sight. Our ranch hand may be by during the day to feed and care for our Alpacas and cows, but the nights are yours to enjoy endless stars, soaking in our hot tub, hanging out on the decks, hiking, biking, or visiting nearby wineries. 10 Minutes to Clear Lake
You'll have access to the main house, a gorgeous 3 bed/2 bath stunning ranch home with picture windows overlooking the rolling hills, a ginormous wrap around deck, hot tub, as well as the "Glamping Barn" which has another 2 full bathrooms with showers. We provide towels for all five bedrooms (10 towels total). People who are camping will need to bring their own towels for showers etc.
For larger groups: we have outdoor dining tables and chairs that seat 35 (must request in advance).
For RV/Campervans: Our driveway is large and flat. If you have a 2 wheel drive vehicle, we recommend sticking to the paved surfaces. If you have a 4wd, you may drive onto the meadows (see photos for example of where you can park your camper).
For Tents: The hill above the house offers incredible views and utter privacy. It is about a 5 minute uphill hike from the parking area to a relatively flat area. Otherwise, the meadows around the lake are great spots for tents.
Water: We have unfiltered well water and we do not recommend drinking it. Its fine for bathing, brushing teeth etc. Please bring your own drinking water (and pack out any garbage!)
