Winter camping is here! Welcome to Ariana Acres located on Ridgewood Summitt next to The Golden Rule. Home of legendary race horse Seabiscuit. Originally a State Park, it was given over to developers in 1969, and is currently home to a tight knit extremely private community. Nestled on 2 acres near the top of the ridge, this charming terraced campground has a main enclosed dog park and firepit. The big attraction here is the Skunk Train. An open air steam locomotive takes you through the redwoods serving food and drink and fun. Fort Bragg is an hour away to the coast, and more gorgeous coastline scenery. Ariana Acres is about a mile hike down to Lake Walker, and there are hiking trails from here to The Golden Rule. Ariana Acres is a wonderful natural environment to meditate. Watch the sunset. Relax on the hammock. Hike the property trail. Make a fire at night and star gaze. Ariana Acres is perfect for anyone traveling up or down the 101 who want a private and peaceful getaway.Site #3 is conveniently located right off our quiet country road. Fully enclosed for your privacy and parking directly in front. This site features an all weather wall tent outfitted with a queen size bed for warmth and comfort. Butane burner and teapot for coffee in the morning. Bathroom vanity with simple spigot manual water system. Local spring water provided. Composting toilet and supplies directly on site. Firepit located on main enclosed "dog park." We are a brand new site and still in development, hence our introductory prices. We want to offer the greatest bang for your buck!

This was an absolutely beautiful property, and a fantastic stay! As the owner described, she bought the land raw and has already started turning it into an oasis for others. The land and the views are absolutely gorgeous, the tent provided is the single best I've personally seen while camping. The host was super kind and attentive. The spot was very private and super romantic. All that being said, the walk way in order to get to the tent was very narrow and not yet completed. The hill to walk to and from your parking spot is a little steep. And in general it's easy to see the land is a work in progress. Besides the current construction going on, it's absolutely gorgeous, and I would recommend it to anyone! We will for sure be back!

Beautiful Site in a Pristine Forest

What a beautiful site. Very private and quiet. Host was very helpful and kind. The tent that was set up was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. There is a porch as well as a kettle setup for heating water. Cups and tea were there as well. Plenty of firewood for having a fire in the evening. There is a basic compost toilet set up, and spring water is accessible through coordinating with the host. Highly reccomend this beautiful space. The surrounding forest is peaceful and pristine.

Great camping option near Willits

Excellent little secluded spot very close to Willits. Driveway was really steep but wasnt a problem for our AWD. If you only have 2WD, it’s a short walk from the parking up top down to the camping space. Plenty of tables made camp-cooking really easy, lots of trees for shade, very cozy tent and bed. Super cute and highly recommended!

The site was full of very thoughtful amenities and the host was great. It’s still being built up, but is already a very nice place to stay. The views were great during the day and the stars were amazing at night. It’s close to the conveniences of town but very private as well. I plan to visit again when in the area.

Wonderful campsite, beautiful area ride off a hill and beautiful gazebo with amenities and very well kept. Host was very nice.
