Enjoyed staying here. I was desperate for solitude, needed a getaway from people and was looking for a remote location. This fit the bill. Hosts were kind and helpful but not intrusive. I hiked, I did a little rockhounding, spent time journaling, and stargazing.

This is a really lovely spot. Super isolated. I didn’t even see another person for 2 days! The listing is really accurate. The owner and his farmhand were super easy to communicate with and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Adventure Awaits
Incredible! I showed up on a adventure style motorcycle and the ride to the camp site was an absolute blast. Great scenery and terrain.
I wish I was not so tired when I arrived, I would have liked to check out the surroundings more.
If you are looking to be secluded, have phenomenal views, THIS IS FOR YOU.

Loved our stay on Donald’s land! The natural beauty and isolation were soul filling. Donald was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. One of my favorite aspects was the many cyrstals and cool rocks found in the valley. Hope to be back soon!

Unique Worth-the-effort seclusion
Donald and his wife were an absolute pleasure. They brought their goats over to show and play with my toddler- she was in heaven. Donald is a wealth of knowledge and he showed us how to find crystals and other artifacts. Very remote but we made it in a 32ft RV. They will come escort you from 191. No bells. It’s perfect. The star gazing was exceptional- best we have ever seen (and we are extremely well-traveled!). We would definitely come back.
