Bateau Geodesic Dome

Great glamping time!

We found this as a last second trip when Other plans fell through and boy were we lucky. The domes are beautiful and really well designed. You can tell they are putting a lot of time and effort into the land it will be gorgeous in a couple years time with trees and what not. The lake and kayaking was great and two beautiful parks within a half hour drive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outdoor type experience who doesn’t want to sleep on the ground.

Cherokee Safari Tent

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Starlight Haven on a Wednesday night, and we had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Cherokee tent, which was beautifully designed and very well thought out. Even my usually picky girlfriend had trouble finding anything to complain about! The tent is set back about a hundred yards from the water, offering a lovely view, and there’s a dock with kayaks available to take out on the water. The tents are spaced relatively close together, so renting a few with a group would be ideal for enjoying the whole space. We loved having the place to ourselves during the week. There’s a shared firepit for all the tents, which felt a bit unusual, but it could be meant to encourage a communal vibe. Or maybe individual fire pits are in the works! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return. The setup is thoughtful, and they’re doing a great job with it

We loved staying at Jennifer’s dome for the evening! We were traveling through Hot Springs and stopped just for the night but wish we could have stayed longer. It was just as described and we loved how unique of a stay this was!
