Nelson Family Farm used to be a motocross park where loud stinking vehicles tore up the ground. Having been abandoned we've taken on the challenge to use regenerative farming techniques to grow food, create beauty, and build community. Although at this point, we're a long way from that, every journey starts with a single first step. We invite you along for the journey and staying on these beautiful 140 acres in the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia.Pitch a tent right by the North River and close to the beginnings of our farm operation. A firepit and picnic bench are available to you. You will have access to our 140 acres of fenced property which you can hike to your wn content. You are welcome to join the oldest adult child in this world as he plays with gel guns with his son, builds life size doll houses for daughter, spoils the dog, and leaves his wife to manage everything else. Obviously text was written by the wife :)
