Pros and cons
19 ft campervan
I have mixed feelings about this camp. Pros: lovely woodsy setting, great view of Mount Hood, good communication with the host, convenient for Gorge activities. Cons: a very sloping site, challenging to level a camper van. (This may improve, as the host is working on a more level parking spot), and lots of traffic noise from logging trucks and dump trucks braking down the steep highway adjacent to the property. Not an issue at night, but it starts up early in the morning. This is a fairly new listing, and some of the kinks will no doubt be worked out in time.

The site was great! Rachel was great to communicate with and answered all of our questions promptly. Site was easy to find and there was nice signage around the property to help locate water, fire pit, etc. Open field to get set up, and the view of Mt Hood was incredible to wake up to.

Thank you so much, Rachel! This spot was perfect for our adventures since our family was staying in a cabin nearby. Lovely bouquet on the picnic table and picturesque views! : )

Great view of mount hood! The site was clean, quiet, and had a nice mix of shady and sunny areas. When we got there Rachel had put together a nice bouquet of wildflowers from around the property on the picnic table :) It’s close to White Salmon and east to find off the highway. Definitely would stay here again.
