Welcome to Atlan, a serene 150+ acre evergreen forest sanctuary and small intentional community nestled in the Columbia RIver Gorge. We are located near White Salmon river access points where many lift off for kayaking, river rafting, and hiking. Our land has breathtaking views, a creek that runs through it and offers us a spring with pure drinking water, accompanied by an array of native flowers, wildlife, a garden, and food forests.

White Salmon River Forest Campsites

Great communication from La ahead of the trip. On arrival she stopped by and double checked that all was well. Directions / signage was a little difficult, but we found our way. Location is on a dirt road and deep in a tree forest, so not much of a view immediately, but there are some great views if you go for a hike.

Our favorite stay while on our Pacific Northwest journey. This made our school bus stay dream come true and more. Such a beautiful place and great stay. Don’t miss out on the morning shower in nature. So peaceful.

We had a wedding with 13 guests here and it was absolutely perfect! La and Margo were very kind and helpful during the entire process. We would absolutely recommend to friends and stay here again ourselves!

Lovely setting for a night of tent camping while on a bike tour. Friendly, accommodating host, outdoor shower and kitchen are nice touches. Recommend!
