Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Located 2 miles from majestic Moulton Falls, 5 miles from Sunset Falls campground, 6 miles to Lucia Falls Park, and just across the road from the East Fork of the Lewis River. Many local wineries and a cider house are less than 15 minutes away, and even more within 30 minutes drive time. This could be your home base for year round activities available near the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The campsite is away from our main living and activity spaces, allowing for privacy yet safety for proximity to your hosts. Deer wander around our property all hours of the day, and bald eagles are often spotted in our trees or circling above. The campsite is on an unlandscaped part of our property, inviting to all local wildlife and birds, we even have a wild turkey family that frequentlyvisits. A small pond is just beyond the campsite, attracting waterfowl and thirsty critters, but not for humans at this time.Park your self contained RV on a level gravel drive and set up camp on our lower property, just after entering the property from the street. Our driveway passes through the camping area, but we work at home and rarely go anywhere, especially late or early. The campsite area is not landscaped on either side of the drive, allowing for a more natural setting and room to spread out a bit. Pre-order firewood to be ready nearby for your stay. Upon arrival, you will have a welcome sign and list of nearby activities. Cell service is not available on the lower property but it is a short drive away and will be indicated on map. Wifi is available on upper property for emergencies only.

Hey! Kristin's place was as described, it fit our needs well for the night and the blackberries were in season so our 18 month old daughter had fun picking those. Simple spot, good location close to waterfalls.

Amazingly quiet spot. If you want to see the stars, but be near some of the awesome hiking that is in this area. Look no further, this is the choice spot to stay. Hidden gem a way back off any main road keeps the automotive noise low. You will be greeted in the morning by the sounds of roosters and birds singing. Only downside was lack of cell signal for us even running our boosters, we were more than ok with this but in case you aren’t, now you know.

New Year Stay

Owners were super nice and we enjoyed the eggs and neatly stacked wood in the provided fire pit. The only thing we wished we were aware of was that there was a main road close by and the camp spot is right off the driveway and can be seen from the main house. Not a big deal, especially for the amazing price!
